We do not care for the greasy, overcooked wing alternative in town and felt these were a million times better! The totchos were crisp, definitely did not skimp on the brisket, and their cheese sauce was perfect! I was only asked once if he was a service dog (as he didnt have an obvious identifier on) and was so pleased with our service and interactions with the staff regarding his presence, and during our entire visit! This is so appreciated, my disabilities are not externally obvious and as a result I've been subject to undue scrutiny, harassed or completely ignored by waitstaff at multiple places around boerne and elsewhere. The waiter asked me if I wanted to add bacon...well of course I do! Man what a good suggestion. Honesty, it may have been some odd mistake because that burger seemed loaded up with crispy bacon. It literally had bacon on the bottom and top of the patties...it was amazing. I think I told my wife 3 times, "There really has bacon on the top AND BOTTOM of this thing!" Patties were perfectly seasoned, vegetables were fresh, cheese was melty, freaking chef's kiss baby! This burger hit the spot. I paired it with the mac and cheese, solid option to have as a side other than fries. Next time I might go with the onion rings, but as I think about it, I will likely get the mac and cheese again...AND get onion rings, too.

Not all wing places are the same, I have to give the person making these wings a compliment! They had the perfect amount of lemon/pepper, it was not overly salted like many other places. I actually enjoyed the nice and crispy wings, without the over powering of lemon pepper seasoning. And as I finished wings, the bottom of the container was not full of manteca/grease, again like many other places I have been to. I would come again to get the full experience and maybe enjoy a cocktail from the bar. If you are ever in the area, stop by for some delicious wings!

The only real negative is the bathrooms, I won't dwell on it but they need some serious work apparently. Though, they have those too. This under-discovered Kerrville Grille is offering up some of the best and freshest, homemade food in Kerrville. And, it's 5 page menu offers an amazing selection. For starters, they have an impressive list of appetizers - real homemade Fried Mushrooms, Onion Rings, Chili Cheese Fries, Shrimp Diablo, Southwest Eggroll, Wings (7 flavors and the size they use to be in the good old days), the best Cheese Curds I have ever tasted and many more.
