Hunter was a gem to work with right off the bat. He was responsive, professional and patient. He showed up on time and got straight to work. During cocktail hour I went to get my daughter and son-in-law food. Hunter saw me standing in line and immediately asked us what we needed for them. How many plates and then walked with me back to them. He checked on us to make sure we had drinks and if we needed more food. The staff, which was all family, were so courteous and friendly. They bussed the reception and made sure people were happy and they put away our china and glasses with utmost care. My mother-in-law is elderly and doesn't eat much. When he saw the food left on her plate he asked her if she wanted to take it home; he then boxed it up for her and made sure she got what she needed. I cannot praise them enough. We recommended them to everyone at the party and will be using them for our 25th anniversary party next year. We love the people at Southern Smoke and look forward to working with them again.
