Rebecca, our server, did an excellent job anticipating our needs and flawlessly ensured our order was correct. She was awesome! Food is UNBELIEVABLY EXCELLENT! The brisket and pulled pork was perfectly done! The potato salad and banana pudding were great. My son had the half-rack of ribs and the portion they brought out looked like a whole rack. We've never seen our son eat ribs so quickly - he devoured them in what was likely a record time, and if you knew this kid - he doesn't get in a hurry for anything...but had we reached over his plate we would likely be missing fingers... lol The brisket was tender, juicy, and very flavorful. My wife enjoyed the chicken and brisket. The collard greens were perfectly done. The sauces were great! Banana pudding was the best you can get aside from having homemade. We live about 40 minutes from this restaurant and in another county - but we will now be regular fixtures at this restaurant. They are definitely the G.O.A.T. in a 4 county area! Do give them a try!

She was very rude and acted like it was so horrible for her to do her job she gets paid to do. It's actually very sad because I go into subway a lot and her rudeness might of made me just never come back again. If you don't know how to be nice then you don't need to be in customer service. It was not only that one singular time either because I had friends who came in earlier that day and said she was the exact same way: slamming the bread down, not letting customers speak before she would ask what's next, overall she was very rude and that is the only time anyone has ever been rude to me at subway!

One had Sweet Onion typed on the top of the bottle, while the other Sweet Onion Teriyaki. I politely asked the blond lady making the sandwich, if the Sweet Onion was just Sweet Onion and no Teriyaki...she clearly said yes. So I requested the Sweet Onion sauce on my BMT...it came out dark brown, and I politely enquired that the Sweet Onion sauce is a light translucent brown, not dark brown. They seemed confused. When I tasted the sandwich...it was Sweet Onion Teriyaki sauce...yuck on a BMT, due to the teriyaki. So I politely went back to the counter and indicated the Sweet Onion sauce had Teriyaki in it. They acted very aggressively toward me...would not let me talk, constantly raised their voices as I asked if I could finish my point...they instead said I can leave or they will call the Police. I politely said, please do call the Police, so they can see there are two different typed Sweet Onion sauces in their prep area...they did not call...and they would not replace the sandwich nor offered a refund. Unbelievable experience regarding Sweet Onion sauce. For Everybody's information, Subway used to have just a Sweet Onion sauce with no Teriyaki. It was my go to sauce on the BMT. About 4-5 years ago Subway replaced the Sweet Onion sauce with Sweet Onion Teriyaki...again not good on a BMT. So, one can deduce my excitement when I saw the has just Sweet Onion sauce. The blonde lady did mention at one point (while interrupting me) that the sometimes run out of the typed caps of the Sweet Onion Teriyaki...and use the Sweet Onion marked caps...geez...why didn't she say that about 10 minutes ago...when I asked about the Teriyaki. Also, the vegetables in the bin used to make sandwiches had brownish lettuce, not very appetizing. I hope Subway management sees this review and puts some training resources towards this location. One should not be threatened by Subway workers to call the Police because they were not on the ball with their ingredients...shame on this location for this type of atrocious behavior towards long time (40 years), customers.
