The brisket and pulled pork was perfectly done! The potato salad and banana pudding were great. My son had the half-rack of ribs and the portion they brought out looked like a whole rack. We've never seen our son eat ribs so quickly - he devoured them in what was likely a record time, and if you knew this kid - he doesn't get in a hurry for anything...but had we reached over his plate we would likely be missing fingers... lol The brisket was tender, juicy, and very flavorful.
