Worst and least useful home inspection report that we've ever received. The first report consisted…read moreof a PDF attachment and a link a completely different PDF file. The PDF attachment listed two "concerns" involving smoke and carbon monoxide detectors but no other information--most importantly, no discussion positive or negative of any of the other parts of the home that were inspected. The linked attachment listed three other concerns and noted that the HVAC couldn't be tested because of the cold weather--again, no discussion of any other parts of the home. We followed up with the inspector, who indicated that there was an issue with the computer system that generated the reports. A day later (as the due diligence period is ticking), the inspector posted a longer report. The report was missing some of the items from the first report, so ANOTHER report was posted. However, the final report mostly added pictures with almost no extra text. This is the first home purchase where we have not been able to accompany the inspector, and we really regret it. The reports were not up to a professional standard, and I STRONGLY recommend looking elsewhere.

Two hours after I booked them, I realized that they still hadn't signed and we weren't binding on the house, so I texted them and let them know I have to cancel and maybe go for the next day. They charged me a 40% cancellation fee equaling $240, although I had just used them a few days prior and paid them $800 for an inspection. This is not a negative review about the quality of their work. This is a negative review about their ethics and professionalism when it comes to their loyal customers.
