She was friendly, knowledgeable and did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Hull gave me a lot of information I had not been provided on how best to care for my older dental work in a concise but thorough manner. He also put me at ease with his friendly demeanor. The lady responsible for insurance was very professional, friendly and informative. I am so glad I chose Dr. Hull's office as my new dental care facility!

Got a creepy feel from the moment I stepped in. Office admin (wife?) had weird expressions. Dentist acted like a zombie. Barely acknowledged me. Reached out with a dead fish handshake and mumbled something. Would not once look me in the eye. Tooth fixed. Paid on the way out. Made an innocent joke. Office admin started shouting and threatening. Out of the blue. Yeah. Got out of there fast. Not seen that before. Think something is not right. There are no words for the grief, suffering, pain, and devastation I have experienced every single…read moreday since what was supposed to be a minor surgery with Dr. Daniel Perez. According to my subsequent medical evaluations, critical parts of my skull base were removed, and muscles and tendons were disrupted from my palate and skull base--outcomes I did not understand to be part of the procedure I consented to. Since that surgery, I have experienced severe difficulty holding my head upright and breathing normally. Afterward, I struggled to obtain clear and consistent answers about what had been done during the procedure. While the School was investigating my concerns, Dr. Perez left the institution and relocated to Virginia. I was left trying to understand what had happened while navigating devastating physical consequences and searching for doctors who could help me. I continue to endure unimaginable physical suffering while searching for answers and treatment. Every medical appointment has become an enormous physical challenge, and I am deeply frightened for my future. Patients place an extraordinary amount of trust in their doctors. I am sharing my experience so that others understand why I believe it is so important to ask questions, understand exactly what a procedure involves, and seek additional opinions when necessary. I will continue asking Dr. Perez the question : Why was this done? Until I receive an honest account. Moving away does not erase the questions or the impact a patient continues to live with.

She sent me home with everything I could possibly need-antibiotics,pain killer,nausea medication, antiseptic/antibiotic mouthwash, gauze pads and even ice packs with additional ones to rotate. This is a real oral surgeon. After experiencing several bad doctors, I have finally found one I will keep. I appreciate her so much. The assistant she has was caring and knowledgeable as also was the front office lady.
