When looking for a dentist stay away from Dr. Brad Delph at charlottesville Dental Care. 1 year later and $4,500 out of pocket Email below with no reponse Hello Brianna and thanks for the email. I just want to be sure we are on the same page concerning our conversations and all of the details of the root canal. 1. I was in  on July 7, 2025 for the initial root canal and crown which in total was $2,291.00 that I paid in cash 2. I reached out to you Dr. Bradley Delph ( Charlottesville Dental Care on June 27th and left a message on your emergency line  concerning tooth pain on the previous tooth that was treated on July 7th and you reached back our to me on June 29th and scheduled me to see  Dr. Bradley Delph  at 2:00pm for an evaluation. He evaluated the tooth and referred me to CWE for Evaluation/ Retreatment of tooth #31 (Before leaving the office I asked you about the cost and since this was previously done you mentioned we will have to have for the reports from CWE? 3. I had an evaluation with them that cost me $427.00 on June  30th. Dr. lee recommended A retreatment of tooth #31 and due to the pain and discomfort I scheduled for the retreatment on July 1st and the cost was $1.775.00 and after the treatment I gave you a call concerning this and you mentioned you had to wait for the report from Dr. lee to see if Dr. Brad Delph would make any concessions for the cost of the previous treatment. 4. On July 6th you called to schedule for the rebuild of my crown which I was glad because I was unaware the Dr. Lee wasn't going to take care of that and she mentioned I should reach out to my dentist. I was happy to have that scheduled and while on the phone I inquired again about the cost of the retreat and had to spoken to Dr. Brad Delph and you said that you all were going to comp the rebuild of my crown and i asked how much was that and said $350 but not totally but no need to worry because you all would comp that. I Stated I appreciate that but I would be compensated for the cost of the root canal retreatment and said let's wait until tues and you can speak Dr. Brad Delph. 5. I came for the crown rebuild on July7th and Dr. Brad Delp did the rebuild of the crown and that was   success but he never mentioned anything about the previous treatment or making any price adjustment concerning the cost of the retreatment of $1.7775.00 so upon checking out you were like we are all good and all set. So, again I asked about the cost of the retreatment  and  the possible offering of a refund, a credit of sorts and stated today that the reports came back that it wasn't a retreatment and it was new bacteria in the root canal . So Dr. Brad Delp wasn't going to  refund or compensate for the retreatment from Dr. Lee. Now I'm really confused  why on monday you were comping the $350.00 crown rebuild and today it's covered under warranty but the root canal wasn't covered under warranty from a professional and ethical standpoint  and also offering me a $50.00 credit towards my cleaning seems weird and not logical if Dr. Brad Delph felt like he had treated the root canal properly the first time.  Why would any concessions our adjustments need to be made?  I have spent $4.300.00 on tooth #31, and I'm not happy and very disappointed in the service and most of the varying stories of  this root canal story.  With all of this information being shared, please share with Dr. Brad Delph and let me know if he will be offering a refund /adjustment concerning the original root canal he performed on tooth #31 that I had retreated upon his recommendation and Dr. Lee's report stating it was a retreat. Thank you for your time and  attention. Frederick
