Man...... where should i start.. i was completely satisfied with the customer service! I found this place from another yelp review about another shop which i will not name. I called ahead because i am about 40 miles away from the shop! The guy that answered the phone was very nice and helpful! Upon arrival we were greated and helped right away! The guy was very helpful and answered all the questions me and my buddies had! No pressure into selling anything no attitude no rudeness NOTHING! Just excellent customer service! Very very poor customer service I check with their website and it shows that product is available, also did call their office to make sure they have the product on hand. I was advise that it is available and should be ready for pick up next day. I decided to order due to the urgency of the product that i need. ( Ishould've just order from steady garage) After placing my order online, they immediately took money from my account and the next day Boom! product not available, some products discontinued and some holding still in customs. its the 3rd day now and still havent get my order. What an inconvenience and the customer service representative will not even apologize until i expressed my frustration, they wont even offer you things like store credit or anything to make up for the inconvenience it caused you. dont even provide updates on you order status. this is really poor customer services i experienced. one of the worst read more

quite possibly the worst customer service i have ever experienced to date. I ordered a part from them, it came late and rattling around in a box that seemed it was made for something else. I tried to fit it and didn't like the outcome. sent it back and was told that i would not received a refund. AT ALL ! I buy parts and return them quite often and i have NEVER had a vendor tell me that they wouldn't issue a refund. When i called to inquire about this policy I even offered to come to some compromise, but again was told no refund. ( basically GFY). I have never been to DrowSport but i have ordered many parts for my Honda Ruckus and Honda Grom from them. This review is mainly going to be based on the excellent customer service they have always giving me over the phone. Every time I call with the multiple questions i have they were always able to assist me the best they could even if i was very vague on my questions. I like how they carry all my scooter and mini bike needs. Unfortunately for me i do not have any store local as where i can just walk in and buy, so DrowSports is my go to shop. First off, if you know anything about the Ruck game, then you undoubtedly know the name DROWsports. I was starting a build with the guys at RiderzBlok in Lemon Grove, but still needed to pick up a motor. I asked about DROWs builds and was told that they were "hella legit!" From there I asked Jay about some options, and he proceeded to give me some quotes. He was able to work with me to find something in my price range and settled for a 180cc GY6 (wish I had the ends to go full 232cc, but maybe in the future). Since then, I have ordered parts over and over from DROWs. They have the best customer service hands down. I had an issue with my motor and when I called them up, they told me to bring it up (the day before SuperSunday 2014) and they would take a look at it. Needless to say they resolved the issue and even did some quick tuning on SuperSunday! If ever I get stuck on something or need some info on a product, they are always happy to help. I'm sure they get asked the same questions over and over again, but they always answer without sarcasm or snide remarks, which is a nice change from what you get when asking the same questions on the forums. DROWs ships extremely fast and I have never had a problem with any of my orders. I live in San Diego, and if I place an order, I get it that next day. Initially, I thought I was just going to get a motor from DROWs and that would be it. I mean come on, there are tons of places online that you can get stuff from, but the professionalism and product knowledge kept me coming back. Believe me, when I am ready, the only call I will be making to upgrade to the 232 GY6 and also my Zuma, will be to the guys at DROWSports! These guys are indeed "hella legit!!!"
