I went in on a Friday to pay for the work that had been done on my granddaughters car. He also told us the car wasn't leaving but on a wrecker. He never bothered to tell us the battery was dead. Had to jump the battery on Saturday, rented a car dolly and towed it home. We found a reman pump for just over $100, changed it ourselves, the car runs now and we saved $1300. He also fussed about my granddaughter running out of gas. She didn't run out. The car wasn't leaving parked over a month because she was recuperating from ankle surgery. The gas went bad in the car.
