Last year it was $45.00 Had to wait about 30 minutes to get into stall behind 2 cars. Nobody offered to move us in order into the empty stalls. Just kind of a crap shoot where we ended up. No one offered me any water or moved me into a quicker stall. However, the young lady in the car next to mine was offered 2 bottles of water and her windows washed at the end of the service, no that were offered to me. This is a different operation than what I experienced a year ago. Then, the guys were more motivated and the manager was making sure ALL the customers were happy, not just young ladies by themselves. I drove across from the east side of Houma to the location on the westside because of the past customer service and price. My Chevy Silvrado is due an oil change. Therefore, I will go to the Walmart and get my oil done while I shop or go to any of other of the 4-5 oil change places in between. And don't tell me you hope I have a better expirence the next time I visit. Judging from the other reviews this I'm not the only customer treated poorly.

For peace of mind, I took my car to Houma Tire and Auto for a second opinion, and I'm so grateful I did! They discovered a critical safety issue the dealership missed--my passenger-side engine mount brackets were completely snapped off! Thanks to their thorough inspection, they're replacing all the bolts and ensuring my car is safe to drive again.

My wife brought her vehicle in to have the air conditioner fixed. Was told it was short on freon…read more They added 1 lb of freon. The ac fan was turned all the way up. Less than a week later brought the vehicle back in to fix the ac. They never check the ac temperature the first time because they couldn't find the thermometer. Now after bringing it back in the vehicle needs a compressor. If they would have checked the ac temperature they would have found the problem the first time. These people are just milking their customers. They don't follow easy rules to check out the problem. They are part changers not mechanics. I was just informed the rebuilt ac they wanted to install would fail quickly and using the old freon! I was able to get a new compressor for the same price as a rebuilt compressor. What a shame Goodyear wanted to pull the wool over an older woman's eyes! Watch out for Goodyears service tactics!
