I used that truck to pull a 4' set of choppers on a 5 acre pasture. It was locked in 4 wheel drive low, hour after hour, as I pulled the choppers through some really nasty terrain. My new transmission never slipped or complained once. I definitely was impressed. Good job guys!

The techs changed the tires, replaced filters, oil, brakes and checked the wiring. Even though they didn't have what was needed (a Cooper-specific module) for the light issue, they printed up all of the information we would need to show the dealer to get it replaced. Even after having to order the tires, the car was ready even before the tires came in! The turnaround was unbelievable! Dropped off the car and picked it up the same week. My car washes take longer to finish - ha (maybe I need to ask them for pointers for that, too)! Great customer service and communication. The facility is very clean and even has a sizable waiting room, which is also very clean. We will definitely be bringing our vehicles here for future needs. :o)

He also told us the car wasn't leaving but on a wrecker. He never bothered to tell us the battery was dead. Had to jump the battery on Saturday, rented a car dolly and towed it home. We found a reman pump for just over $100, changed it ourselves, the car runs now and we saved $1300. He also fussed about my granddaughter running out of gas. She didn't run out. The car wasn't leaving parked over a month because she was recuperating from ankle surgery. The gas went bad in the car.

Jeremy and the guys hopped right up and checked out the damage. He informed me it would be no problem at all. They pulled the truck into the shop and we reached out to the insurance company. It was super fast and they walked me through the steps with insurance. Which I had no idea that insurance even covered rock chips. We got the insurance claim number right about the same time they were finishing up the repair. The whole process was great and I really appreciate businesses like Mobility! I hope I don't have to use them again obviously, but if I do I know it will be a great experience!

My husband called multiple times, was given a quote of $2000 with no written quote. When I got a phone call in January I was asked if I was sitting down, and given a total of $6668. When I asked where the other $5000 came from I was told to have your husband call the mechanic. When I told her it was my truck, and I wanted to know where the other $5000 came from, she giggled and said just have your husband call the mechanic. When my husband called the mechanic said well didn't make any since not to fix it since it was broken down. My husband then told him it was his truck and his decision. The mechanic told him well it wouldn't drive anyway. (they have wrecker service in their name). They just replaced parts until the thought they fixed it. It needed a new motor. The owner took $668 off. A verbal quote of $2000 ended up costing $6000. We spent $6000 for parts when we needed a new motor. I would never recommend taking your vehicle to them. They left multiple lose parts and tools under the hood, that fell and ripped the transmission line off. When called they stated the didn't touch the transmission.
