He also told us the car wasn't leaving but on a wrecker. He never bothered to tell us the battery was dead. Had to jump the battery on Saturday, rented a car dolly and towed it home. We found a reman pump for just over $100, changed it ourselves, the car runs now and we saved $1300. He also fussed about my granddaughter running out of gas. She didn't run out. The car wasn't leaving parked over a month because she was recuperating from ankle surgery. The gas went bad in the car.

Still skipping. Took it to Me. Weaver at the recommendation of another mechanic that was booked out for 2 weeks. Mr. Weaver called the next morning to let me know I had a bad injector spider. He got it fixed and running like a brand new engine. He also warranties his work both parts and labor, for a year. Hard to find a mechanic that backs his work like that. Mr. Weaver is an honest real mechanic. I'll never take my vehicles to no other.

Initially, I brought my car there to get a diagnostic which it was determined my car essentially needed new brakes, rooters, hubs, etc. (you name it). My car is an 07 Camry, so I understood why the fixes were necessary. The issue came came afterwards, when it was shown that I needed to have repairs to the repairs they had made after I brought my car back for timing belt issues (which they did not diagnose initially). I brought the car back to get the timing belt issue resolved because the car continued to make loud screeching noises when I accelerated. After the timing belt was fixed, my car ran ok for another week then the starter and the battery went out on the car. I brought it back here after spending $8 over the matter of a three month period- they charged me for a diagnostic and told me I needed a new battery and starter now. I felt it ridiculous to have to pay for another diagnostic after spending thousands at this location in such a short window (mind you, this was summer 2025). The police was called and I still ended up paying for the diagnostic. About a week ago, I heard the screeching sound and my wheel is starting to vibrate rapidly again as I'm breaking which indicates the timing belt is still not properly repaired. When I called them back to look at the work they did on my car considering I am having timing belt issues again, they gave me a number to call and said I could not bring my car back to them. Y'all be careful and mindful of who you allow to work on your cars, not all business believe in integrity and customer satisfaction-this car repair shop is all about getting your money. I would stay far away from them!!!!!

We took our 2017 Mini Cooper in for a tune-up and an inspection of the wiring for the brake lights…read more(the rats are ruthless down da' bayou!!) since we had a warning message that indicated that the lights weren't working properly. The techs changed the tires, replaced filters, oil, brakes and checked the wiring. Even though they didn't have what was needed (a Cooper-specific module) for the light issue, they printed up all of the information we would need to show the dealer to get it replaced. Even after having to order the tires, the car was ready even before the tires came in! The turnaround was unbelievable! Dropped off the car and picked it up the same week. My car washes take longer to finish - ha (maybe I need to ask them for pointers for that, too)! Great customer service and communication. The facility is very clean and even has a sizable waiting room, which is also very clean. We will definitely be bringing our vehicles here for future needs. :o)
