The tow driver called just about when i expected him to, and he showed up around the time he said he would. When he arrived, he was polite and so friendly (I wish I recalled his name, but it's been a long day.) My car was in a tricky spot and the dead battery made it difficult to turn the wheel, change the drive, etc etc etc! The employee tried to think about what could be wrong with the vehicle then we worked together and got it out of the garage and onto the truck. I saw him driving safely down Airline Hwy and he and arrived about the same time to drop the car off at the dealer's service area. I'll remember Daigle's the next time I need help! Thank you for the professionalism and quick help this morning! Definitely put my mind at ease!

I went in on a Friday to pay for the work that had been done on my granddaughters car. What we told…read morethe lady and what she left in her notes was different than what the man told us in person about the fuel pump. They wanted to charge $1400 for a high pressure fuel pump. He also told us the car wasn't leaving but on a wrecker. He never bothered to tell us the battery was dead. Had to jump the battery on Saturday, rented a car dolly and towed it home. We found a reman pump for just over $100, changed it ourselves, the car runs now and we saved $1300. He also fussed about my granddaughter running out of gas. She didn't run out. The car wasn't leaving parked over a month because she was recuperating from ankle surgery. The gas went bad in the car.
