I can't say enough good things about Nichols Autowerks. I have a 2012 BMW 135i with only 28,000 miles that had an issue two other local shops were unable to diagnose. After spending time and money elsewhere without getting an answer, I brought it to Nichols.
Mike, the owner, actually sat down with me and took the time to listen to what had been going on with the car and my concerns. They were able to isolate the problem and, surprisingly, it turned out to be a software update. They fixed the issue, took care of a new set of brake pads while it was there, and kept me informed throughout the process.
What impressed me most was the combination of knowledge, communication, and honesty. There was no guessing and no trying to sell me repairs I didn't need. They figured out what two other shops couldn't and fixed it correctly.
If you own a BMW, another foreign vehicle, or really any make or model and want someone who actually knows what they're doing, I highly recommend Nichols Autowerks. Mike and his shop have earned my business.
