They've replaced side mirrors, batteries, and recently fixed some electrical problems on my Nissan Versa. They just moved to a new, bigger location at 478 Enterprise Dr., Houma 70360. They know I have to wait for my car so schedule me for early morning appointments. They are friendly, efficient and very thorough. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

The techs changed the tires, replaced filters, oil, brakes and checked the wiring. Even though they didn't have what was needed (a Cooper-specific module) for the light issue, they printed up all of the information we would need to show the dealer to get it replaced. Even after having to order the tires, the car was ready even before the tires came in! The turnaround was unbelievable! Dropped off the car and picked it up the same week. My car washes take longer to finish - ha (maybe I need to ask them for pointers for that, too)! Great customer service and communication. The facility is very clean and even has a sizable waiting room, which is also very clean. We will definitely be bringing our vehicles here for future needs. :o)

What we told…read morethe lady and what she left in her notes was different than what the man told us in person about the fuel pump. They wanted to charge $1400 for a high pressure fuel pump. He also told us the car wasn't leaving but on a wrecker. He never bothered to tell us the battery was dead. Had to jump the battery on Saturday, rented a car dolly and towed it home. We found a reman pump for just over $100, changed it ourselves, the car runs now and we saved $1300. He also fussed about my granddaughter running out of gas. She didn't run out. The car wasn't leaving parked over a month because she was recuperating from ankle surgery. The gas went bad in the car.
