When he arrived, he was polite and so friendly (I wish I recalled his name, but it's been a long day.) My car was in a tricky spot and the dead battery made it difficult to turn the wheel, change the drive, etc etc etc! The employee tried to think about what could be wrong with the vehicle then we worked together and got it out of the garage and onto the truck.
