Part of my experience at any place is always customer service along with the food. It matters to some but doesn't matter to others. I will say, it was really off putting because the two people we came across to help us seemed put off by a couple questions I had and when I asked for their recommendations. There was no line behind us, not a single person, and we went back and forth on some flavors so maybe that upset them. I don't know what it was but it left an unfortunate impression.

Well when the waiter came to ask how things were, I told/showed him... just as an FYI, not expecting anything. While myself or others are waiting they'll give friendly smiles, see if you need anything in the meantime.
