Today, I had another flat tire and also needed an oil change. I called and William, the owner, said they could take my car in right away. Once I got there, William took excellent care of my car. I was fortunate that the tire could be repaired with a plug so I didn't. need to buy any new tires. He took care of the oil change, changed the filter, re-balanced the tire he repaired, checked all the tires to make sure the pressure was correct and put the spare tire back in it's storage spot under the car. As with my last visit, all of this work was done with the utmost courtesy, professionalism and care and for a super reasonable price. Then I was told it was only covered for 50%... When it came time to pay for the battery, they tried to overcharge me... But I caught it. Then I asked about the new warranty because it was the same battery. The manager told me there is no warranty because it was covered by the first battery. I said wait a second that means you're not standing behind your product. The manager tried to tell me that it was covered under the first battery's warranty, and because I did not pay full price, it will not be covered under a new warranty. I expressed my displeasure... And I told them that's not right. I will buy aftermarket parts from now on that are warranty, and I will never go to this location again. I urge you not to go either... My favorite part of the story is that it seemed I was bothering them during our lunch... That only have you lost a customer for life I will tell everyone I know never to go to you guys.
