**Worst Car Buying Experience I Have Ever Had**…read more This was by far the worst experience I have ever had purchasing a car. I had previously bought a vehicle from this dealership, which is why I was willing to come back and ready to purchase another one. Unfortunately, the way my family and I were treated this time completely changed my opinion of the dealership. From the beginning, Frank was extremely rude and seemed completely uninterested in doing business with us. I initially tried to work with Todd, who was at least respectful and professional. When we arrived, they were finishing up with another customer, and Todd was showing us the vehicle we were interested in. The difference in how that customer was treated compared with how my family and I were treated was noticeable. The vehicle was around $33,000, and I asked for $600 off the price. As a returning customer, I did not think this was an unreasonable request, especially considering I was not asking for thousands of dollars off. As soon as I made my offer, Frank became arrogant and dismissive. He made comments about how many cars they sell, how they would be fine without our business, how he was in charge, and how the price was the price. He repeatedly talked about being in the business for 20 years and never having a car they could not sell. At that point, it was no longer about the $600. It was about the complete lack of respect and professionalism we experienced. Frank's attitude made it very clear that he did not care whether he earned our business or had us as returning customers. The way he spoke to us and the comments he made were completely unnecessary and made what should have been a normal car buying experience extremely uncomfortable. I also want to address something that made this experience even more concerning. My family and I were treated noticeably differently from the customer who was there before us. Based on the circumstances and the difference in treatment, the experience left us feeling that race may have played a role in how we were treated. I cannot know what was going through their minds, but the difference was clear enough that I feel it is important to mention. Todd was at least respectful throughout the interaction, but unfortunately, that did not make up for the overall experience. I came back to this dealership because I had previously purchased a car from them, and I expected to be treated with basic respect and consideration as a returning customer. Instead, I left feeling like my business meant absolutely nothing to them. After this experience, I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. This was easily the worst car buying experience I have ever had. No matter how many cars a dealership sells or how long they have been in business, that should never be an excuse to treat customers with this level of disrespect.

This auto was loaded with all amenities, leather, power seats, moon/sun roof and a great sound system. I spoke to the owner who has been at this location for approximately 4 years. This dealership mostly purchases and cherry picks high end vehicles like BMW, Mercedes, Lexus, Infinity and other high end used automobiles. The owners name is Mo and we had good discussions before and after I test drove the car. I noticed that the brakes were a little spongy so I had them put the car on the rack and removed a wheel. The brakes indeed needed replacement. There was no problem or resistance from the dealer and so I signed a contract with the promise that all four brakes and rotors would be replaced. Everything was solid once the brakes were replaced, and I could not be happier. I put down a deposit and picked up the Accord about 3 days later. Everyone, every employee, was helpful and courteous. The owner is a very honest man and stands behind his sales. I have had the car now for 3 weeks and it purrs like a kitten. Very pleased and happy with my experience.
