I could see that in his eyes the minute we started talking. I was treated with respect and courtesy from the moment we met. The location was interesting, I liked it, off the beaten path. It looked small but it was immaculately clean inside and has absolute gems for cars inside! Every car and truck available was gorgeous and looked brand new. Obviously this business cares for their vehicles and understands perception and the power of it. However, perception is just one aspect. These vehicles were meticulously cleaned and polished, even for an OCD type like myself. Very impressive. What a beautiful showroom! Every inch clean and spotless, like the vehicles. I sure did luck out finding this place as I was searching all over the country for the vehicle I desired. I will go anywhere in the country to get the best deal at the most reliable business I can. Or from a citizen as well. So it was really nice and convenient to find this vehicle so close by. My last vehicle was purchased in California and I flew out and done it back, because it was that good of a deal even with the days driving, gas, hotels and flight. To be able to get the equivalent in mute Chicago area though?? Priceless! I got a great price and Zoran worked with me, without complaint or frustration, when I completely changed my decision for a different car there that I fell in love with. There were three cars there that I had found, after a countrywide search.... So, after changing everything and helping me with financing (I doubled the price with this choice, eh, you only live once I hear) we got the show on the road. Professional, patient, competent, real.... This is my experience with this company with a strong emphasis on Zoran. If I think of anything they could improve on I'll let you know. I've got nothing right now and the foreseeable future looks void of any suggestions. For now I'll just delete my car apps since I plan on shopping here from now on. Today, I had another flat tire and also needed an oil change. I called and William, the owner, said they could take my car in right away. Once I got there, William took excellent care of my car. I was fortunate that the tire could be repaired with a plug so I didn't. need to buy any new tires. He took care of the oil change, changed the filter, re-balanced the tire he repaired, checked all the tires to make sure the pressure was correct and put the spare tire back in it's storage spot under the car. As with my last visit, all of this work was done with the utmost courtesy, professionalism and care and for a super reasonable price.
