I am a delta sonic unlimited wash holder. Yesterday I decided take advantage and get a interior…read moredetail. The car was a mess! The process was easy and pretty quick. Of course they upsale, but seeing the shape of my car I agreed to it all haha. The process for pulling up to being complete was just a little bit over an hours. The associate who took my service request, was very friendly and did provide good suggestions. Not a detail pricing expert as I don't do it often, but I felt the services that were provided were worth what I paid. I will definitely try maintain and use the interior services again. Although the car did not get clean clean, but again it was in bad shape, so I couldn't complain. Few more should look like knew! My only pain point with delta sonic is the construction of ALL their shops not just this one. It's very stressfully to me trying to get to the car wash entrance. Everyone does not follow the every other car rule and it can't get ugly in that line!

I paid for a Super Kiss Plus plan and come to find out that Delta Sonic has been doing a basic wash…read moreon my car all winter. The basic wash uses a neoprene brush, that and along with their recycled water that is full of abrasive elements after washing multiple cars all day, has left scratches along both sides of my brand new 2026 vehicle. Delta Sonic's area manager Dave was very rude accused me of lying about the damages and the brush causing the damages. He refused to look up camera footage from February, March and April to prove that yes they did use those blue round neoprene brushes on my vehicle even though that was not in my plan. He reprimanded me for having less than 7,000 miles on my vehicle and told me that is a lot of miles for a new vehicle and that is where my scratches came from. I told him I live in the country and work in Buffalo so yes I have miles from driving back and forth to work every day and that would not cause parallel buff lines with scratches that trail along both sides of my vehicle. The only thing my vehicle was squeezed through since I got it was those blue neoprene brushes that should've never been used in the first place because I wasn't supposed to be getting a basic wash. I paid for a super kiss plus plan. So therefore not only did they damage my car they were charging me for a super kiss plus plan and only giving me a basic wash all winter. $1700 of damage

I accidently drove my car over those spikes you aren't supposed to go over so all 4 of my tires…read morewere completely destroyed. I then drove here (which really messed up my rims unfortunately). But RNR was able to get me a fresh set of rims and tires within a couple of hours. The staff is very professional and the owner was there to walk me through everything. Hopefully I wont need to go back anytime soon but will definitely use RNR again when I need to.

Please think twice before bringing this company your business…read more I have no complaints about my initial interaction. I went to them to take advantage of their lease to own and got two tires, payments to be made weekly. Everyone was polite, process was quick. No complaints there. Before I get into my complaint I want to be completely transparent about a few things. First, I failed to thoroughly read the contract I signed. I figured I would have it paid off before I ever had to worry about the terms and that's on me. Second, I also failed to maintain my side of the agreement starting in April, 2025, more to come on that. Third, I am not here to claim they have done anything legally wrong. I'm not a lawyer and although I have suspicions this borders on the lines of predatory lending practices, I don't actually think they crossed any lines LEGALLY. As I said, I ended up not being able to make my weekly payments mid April. I had a few things happen in my life that I wasn't expecting and I decided that keeping a roof over my family's head and food on the table was more important than keeping the payments for the tires. There was only about $50 in payments left which means I was essentially paying off the remainder of the financing charges I had accrued. Mind you, I didn't ghost them. I kept in contact and made sure they knew I still had every intention of making the payments when I could, but I wasn't going to go hungry for them. During that time I received repeated text messages from them, which eventually turned into threats to make house calls that they did end up following through on in an attempt to intimidate me into a payment, even after I explained that I simply didn't have the money to make the payments, period, and that I would be making one as soon as I could. After this the threats from them got worse and more frequent. Not only were they threatening the house calls, but they were also threatening to recover the tires and made house calls in an attempt to do so. After being unsuccessful with the retrieval attempt, they proceeded to send me a text telling me that if I didn't make a payment they would be closing my account and filing a CIVIL LAWSUIT against me for breach of contract. Again, I'm fairly certain they were within their legal right to do all of this. My issue is the implications of their actions and the fact that they are willing to put their profits (not operating expenses, PROFITS) ahead of the wellbeing of a member of the community they do business in. Had they repossessed the tires, they would have taken away my ability to get to work effectively removing my ability to not only pick the payments back up, but also my ability to get to work, to the store or anything else without adding expenses to an already extensive list. If they had filed a civil lawsuit, they would have come after me for the remaining balance (about $75 at the time) plus whatever compounded interest/fees they would have tacked on AND any legal fees they saw fit, which would have done nothing short of financially ruining me for years to come. I brought all of this to their attention in plain English and they responded with the BS business cliche (and fallacy I might add) that "if every customer did this we couldn't offer payments." That's nonsense. My situation and whether or not they decide to repossess tires or file a civil lawsuit has no impact on anyone else, their payments or their likelihood to maintain their contracts. In addition to that, we're only talking about $75 in financing charges. Even IF I went no contact, completely defaulted and showed no interest in making the payments, that $75 becomes a tax write off at the end of the year and wouldn't impact their ability to continue to do business whatsoever. In my opinion, this company doesn't deserve the business of our community. We pride ourselves on being the "City of Good Neighbors" and a good neighbor doesn't bully, threaten and try and intimidate you by holding financial ruin over your head because you owe them $75 especially when it's blatantly obvious you're already going through an impossibly difficult time. Shame on you, RNR. I hope that $75 was worth it.
