I had the worst experience getting my daughters completion certificate. They basically tell you that you cannot have the completion certificate emailed or download - you have to pay a large Fed Ex fee to have it sent to the driving school that we used for the physical driving sessions. I spent an hour on hold and was told they couldn't help (thinking I was signed up for the driving lessons-we only signed up for online test). Finally talked to someone and they said they would Fed Ex it to All Star Driving. It did not arrive. Called again and waited on hold for an extremely long time again. The package finally arrived. All Star Driving (love them) said that the certificates from Driversed.com are usually filled out wrong and that I was lucky. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! My friends daughter signed up for online and driving with Driversed.com and the driving school totally closed for good. They sent her certificate to Sears Driving School (that is closed for Covid19). No one answers the phone at Driversed.com or Sears. My friends daughter is turning 16 next week and can't finish her last two lessons or change her certificate to parent taught. How can any business just not answer emails or phones? read more

My daughter just completed this course. I would never recommend it to anyone and will not use it for my next two children. After complaining the entire time she took this to my husband, he just sat down with us while she took the final test. He finally understands my frustrations. This program focuses 75% on drugs and alcohol. Forget your child needing to know general driving skills and road signs. Go over. Teach. That is fine. But the test questions for getting your drivers permit and to pass this course should not revolve around what I am more likely to do if I use heroin, if a tire shop or a gas station is better to get air for my tire, or what problem is associated with hands-free devices (which the course believes it will distract someone because of poor reception). I never have poor reception with my hands free device. Another question we had a problem with is what can't be operated by your multi-purpose lever. My parking lights are NOT on my levers. Windshield wipers, high/low beams, turn signals. Those are all on my levers. Their customer service is HORRIBLE to deal with. After two days of their website being down, I called in. The guy was extremely rude and would not even try to tell me if the problem was close to being resolved. Let me just mention all the grammatical and spelling errors I have noticed. Some of their videos are outdated. We were actually forced to watch credits roll after one video for at least a minute before we could move on. Steer clear. They try to trick you with stupid nonsensical questions that have two answers that you are left to figure out which one makes less sense. That is what they want you to choose. Your child will complete the course having a great idea of what drugs will do to them if they drive but they may not know what common road signs are. read more

The only good part of this company is the instructors which are nice. Driving times are awful 3-5. My daughter gets out of school at 4. It took them 5 months to fix a problem, as my two daughters were merged into one account. Which led an extra two months to just get a certificate. When I call they would never ever return my phone call, and would never put a manager on the phone. Always blamed IT department and would not let you talk to them. Total nightmare!! read more

Well this was clearly a mistake. It markets itself as having free pickup. Yeah, free if you meet them at a location that they predetermine. Had I known that I would have gone to one of the 3 the driving schools by our house but liked the on-line written instruction aspect. Scheduling the drive times is very hard and the instructor doesn't get out of the car to meet the students. The car that the instructor was driving had a sticker on ONE side of the car labeling it was with driversed.com but if you only see the other side of the car I guess you are simply out of luck. Setting up driving time for your student is a nightmare. EVERY call has been the same: 15 minutes to get through, they offer up horrible times and inconvenient locations. 3-5pm on a school day? My daughter doesn't even get home until 5pm. They tell you to "call back in a few days, the rest of the month hasn't been scheduled yet". I call back 3 days later, wait 15 minutes to get through and am told the same thing. It's a logistical nightmare. I would not recommend this to anyone. I should also add, the instructor told my daughter to "honk the horn before backing into her parallel parking space". read more

Seriously wow ! The only way to call these guys is to call a central phone number!The local number still leads you there! The instructor was on the phone (personal calls) all through my daughter's lesson! Who does that ? You are teaching teenagers to drive and this is how the instructor does it? Really?Shame on you Mr A! You might be a super busy person with a side gig repairing vehicles but leave that side gig away when you are teaching! I'm now stumped as we have 5 more lessons and unfortunately it's with the same instructor.We also have no way to contact the local office! Update *** I messaged driversed.com on FB and they got in touch with me .An hour after I got a call from their Houston office.After a long interesting conversation I got the instructor replaced.The person who called me while apologetic did initially give me a hard time with the schedule.But 1/2 hour later we did come to an amicable resolution. Note to other customers please complain when you have issues,I am sure I am not the only one. Absolutely loved the driving lessons with the other instructor. Highly recommend the lessons. The online units were difficult. The questions they asked were sometimes irrelevant, confusing and complicated. read more

I have paid extra for the certificate to be overnighted, and it still is not here when promised. I have now had to re-schedule my daughter's road test two different times.
