Worst auto business I have ever heard of. It's really a shame on how disgusting these people could…read morebe. Especially one of their mechanics, Adrian. I had two friends come into this place after someone sent out a good word about to them. One needed an engine replacement on his pick-up and had it towed there by their tow truck partner, Guevara Towing Service on May 20, 2020. He was required to leave a starting payment for the labor which was $400 and the towing service which was $150. The job was set to last 2 weeks and once the deadline hit it was pushed back again another two weeks. After 4 weeks, it still wasn't done. Adrian said it'd only be 3 more days, a little longer than expected but not too bad right? Wrong. 3 days later, it's still not done. That's when the excuses started. After that, my friend would call Adrian weekly to check up on his truck instead of driving to A&D. Adrian answered the first couple times and then started ignoring all calls my friend had made. By now it's the beginning of July, over a month since the first deadline. Whenever my friend would talk to or see Adrian and ask about his truck, he'd reply with, ".. this Saturday, you have my word!" Well that isn't much now is it because that went on for another few weeks. Every time he'd show up ask about his truck, Adrian would just smirk and joke about it like he just hustled him for money. One day, in Mid August. Yes, mid August, my friend decides to visit Adrian at A&D. It was the best day, it was rainy but he wanted his truck back. He gets there and asks to see the truck because as you may have guessed, it wasn't finished. He went out to the back to take a look and what he seen showed the type of service quality they give out; as if ignoring calls, terrible communication and broken promises weren't enough. My friends truck had the window half way open with nothing covering, it was in a corner with a flat tire, it was dirty and full of mud, and the worst part, it was NEVER WORKED ON!! After 3 months, it wasn't even touched. After confronting Adrian about it, he had the audacity to say, "I think I'm going to start charging you a parking fee because it's been here so long." Like, how rude, stupid, and dishonorable is that!? Finally after my friend really put his foot down on the situation, Adrian started on the truck; only 4 months late. *Eye roll* Once again he gave a deadline and this time..... It was finally done! On September 17, 2020. Almost 5 Months without his truck and it sat for most of that! You would think after such mistreatment and lying, the least you could do is give a discount right? Nope, another $1200 were needed to be paid. My friend paid it even though he didn't think it was fair, he just wanted his truck back. Now you think everything is good, the truck is finished, end of story? Nope. There's more. Once leaving the lot, the truck idled super hard and it couldn't stay on without pushing the accelerator. It was a really rough ride home and honestly a scary one considering the US-131 had to be taken. Once getting home and stopping, the engine shut off in it's own.The hood was popped open and so began the inspecting. First thing checked, oil dip stick and guess what? Could even tell if there was oil. It was super low. Next transmission dip stick, just in case right? Well it had None! (Or so it looked like) He had to fill it up himself! Like what the hell!? What kind of work was actually done. Shortcuts were definitely taken and it shows. This business tried so hard to make a huge profit but couldnt even do the job right. After reaching out to Adrian to say something about it. No answer. As of today, his pick-up still sits because he can't afford to put more money into it. These people take advantage of you and your trust. There are pictures to back up this story and how my friend was F-ed over by this business. The other friend bought a truck cash ($2000 plus $500 for labor) from the dealer side of the business with a promise from Adrian himself that it'd be done within a few weeks also. It has been in the same spot since July. It's stuck behind two semi trailers and Adrian refuses to work on it. I advise, DO NOT take your vehicle here for any type of work. It is not worth your money or your time! Pay a little extra to get the job done right some place that is actually reliable.
