Went this morning to receive a quote. After the worker finished his conversation, he walked past our vehicle, to retrieve an open energy drink, completely ignoring us. After walking to the other side of the entrance, he looks back and shouts, " Do you need some help?" My husband responded, " No we were just sitting here for no reason" as we left. Please Don't waste your time going here. If you can't pay attention to the only car waiting in the parking lot, I can only imagine how horrible the attention to detail and work ethic is while working on the cars.

The insurance was paying so I was more interested in the quality and service that in the price. Avo was always very attentive and responded every question I had. On the day I was picking up the car, I found that one tire, needed to be replaced, was the same brand but not the same style. We immediately took ownership of the problem and told me to go and as soon as he got the new tire, he called me, I did not have to call him. He changed the tire. He did more. He fixed and painted, free of charge, all my rims. My car looks as new. Great service... I highly recommend it.

When I spoke to the receptionist I told her I needed a quote for my side mirror and my tail light. She advised that I'd have to go in to get a quote and gave me their operating hours. When I got there, I was the only one there so I waited about 10 mins to be attended. Isaac came out and took a look at my car. He advised that both parts would need to be replaced and couldn't be repaired. We went back inside and he gave me a quote for the replacement part and their labor cost. It seemed like a fair price to me and definitely lower than what I had been quoted before, so I accepted. Other companies were charging the total of the part plus the labor just for the part itself not including anything else. In order for them to order the part, you have to leave a deposit. They ask for the full amount of the replacement part. You can pay with debit, credit, or zelle. If you pay with credit, there might me additional processing fee. You can also process a claim with your insurance carrier. I got a text from Karol, the receptionist, on the 21st saying the part had arrived. My brother dropped off the car on the 22nd and they texted me that same day around 2pm that the car was going to be ready at 4pm. That is the quickest turn around time I have ever seen! I was out of town and my brother was stuck at work so we couldn't pick it up that day and they agreed to open the next morning (Thanksgiving morning) for him to go pick it up! My brother inspected the replaced parts and gave it a green light. I have never had a better experience with a mechanic shop (even dealerships) than the one I had with Auto Sport!

They left front bumper loose, when I went to pick up the car the headlights were not working and I have to wait another 2 days for the repair. So no quality control at all, they just want you to pick up the car to collect from the insurance. That don't care about the car or your time. Today April 20 2016 finally they call to let me know that the car is ready, I called from my office which is 20 minutes from the shop to let them know that I'm coming ( as they suggested ) and look at my surprise that I waited for 1 hour to them to bring the car.
