Very disappointed with the service…read more I recently had a set of 6 tires installed on my Ford F-350 at Best-One Tire & Service (Monteith Tire of Goshen). The invoice clearly states that all 6 wheels were balanced, but in reality, only one wheel was actually balanced. The truck now shakes noticeably on the highway -- a clear sign of incomplete or negligent work. Even worse -- they added a Platinum Road Hazard Certificate for $177.30 without my consent. I never agreed to this service, nor was it discussed with me beforehand. This is an example of unauthorized charges and feels like forced upselling. I've already consulted with an attorney regarding this issue. Legal steps are being considered due to the unauthorized charge and improper service. I expected professionalism and transparency -- instead, I received poor workmanship and a breach of trust. I do not recommend this shop.

I knew he was in route but he should have called, rang the door bell, or knocked on the door to introduce himself before starting the job. I heard noises so I went outside and I introduced myself to him. He told me the hole was in one place which turned out to be true but I initially told him the hole was in a different place which also turned out to be true which he finally agreed. He was diligent about trying to the old tires on my property but to no avail he did not fix my tire. I took it elsewhere. Thanks goes out to his efforts.
