I've never been pressured into adding on services I don't need. As a young woman I've found a lot of places will treat you poorly or try to swindle you, but not here. Dave at the service counter, is a 'straight look you in the eye guy'. He listed several paths we could follow in solving my problem. He then provided a quote for most benign first step in evaluating the situation. Remarkably, my van was in the shop in less than half an hour after my arrival. Further inspection brought up additional issues that we discussed at length. He went over the the associated costs and we agreed on a course of action. This day could have been a total disaster. However, with Dave's assistance in getting my vehicle to the shop quickly, a straight assessment of the situation and an immediate quote, helped me avoid what was certain to be a nightmarish experience. A clean shop with a professional staff are among several aspects of their business that put me at ease. As their website says, 'fixed right the first time', is more than a slogan.

Yuck‼ I rate Gary Wille's automobile repair shop an "F."…read more When we moved to Oregon, Wisconsin, we went to Wille's. I dropped off the car first thing in the morning, saying, "Inspect the air conditioning, do oil and lube, and inspect all systems." The guy wrote it down. As I picked up the car at the end of the day, I looked at the invoice. They hadn't taken a look at the air conditioning at all. Nothin'. Nada. Duh! Air conditioning had been at the top of the list. How could have possibly have missed AIR CONDITIONING unless they were illiterate⁉ They essentially had done nothin' worth anything that day, and charged me for doin' nothin'. They weren't even apologetic. I was not a happy camper. I was new in town, didn't know anyone so -- fool that I was,-- I gave them another chance. They didn't do any better the second time around. According to my experience, they charged me a pretty penny for doing doodly-squat. Do I recommend them? Not on your life. Not a chance. They s_ck -- is that strong enough wording? I categorize them as "incompetent thieves." Move on. Find another shop. I can say unequivocally that Gary's Wille's was the worst vehicle repair shop I have ever gone to. I would give them "zero stars" if I could (or even a negative rating, like "minus 5"). This shop doesn't deserve one star, but Yelp requires a rating, so fine, one f'in' star.

My first visit to Wright's went about as well as could be expected...sort of. After wondering where the heck can I park my car due to a lot full of "spare parts" vehicles? and such I found a spot and went in. The people inside were friendly and very helpful. The price was great and I did not feel overcharged at all. Very honest and trustworthy (my problem turned out to be something simple caused by the dealership); they could have overcharged me as I was prepared for the worst, but they did not. I went to F&F who sent me along to UHaul Uhaul said they couldn't touch it so I was thinking let me try another nearby dealer but tried Farm & Fleet who referred me here since they don't fix bumpers. Anywhoo, I pulled in without an appointment. Grateful it was still before noon but scared folks would be closed celebrating after Thanksgiving and nope... they were open and only took minutes to pull the truck back and 13 minutes later it was fixed. Didn't need all the extra the dealership said was required. $20. Accepted the credit card. Went so fast the kid and ESA stayed in the truck. I appreciate these guys trying not to pull a fast one. I refer all my friends here. New name, same great service and reasonable prices. Original review: I have a 2001 automobile with high miles that I use as a commuter car to the edge of Milwaukee and back that I'm driving until the wheels fall off. My exhaust system was Swiss cheese. I took the car down to Speedy Muffler. They looked at my car quickly, showed me four places that were bad, quoted me a price to replace the whole thing that was more than I was interested in, and then told me they could fix the four problem areas for a very reasonable price. The guys worked quickly and well. It's like a whole new car. They also changed the oil in my car while they were there. I was so pleased I asked them to fix my wife's car, which they did that same day. I couldn't be happier with the speed, communication, quality of work, and value. If you have an older car and are looking for great work at a great price, Speedy Muffler is your place. Will do business with them again. And again. And again.

They took great care of me to such an extent that I want to bring my vehicle back for any maintenance that needs to be done. Pros: The front desk guy: very friendly, he remembers the clients and interacts with them on a personal level. My vehicle was not completely repaired on the first try. I called when the issue resurfaced and he immediately remembered who I was, expressed concern, and scheduled a follow up appointment. Their attitude: it's evident that they are committed to getting the job done right. It seems as if every person working there has a genuine love and interest for what they do. Their integrity: you have to worry about whether mechanics are trying to upsell you on things you do not need a lot of times. This was not the case here whatsoever. I did not get the "greedy" vibe from this place. They were genuinely concerned with fixing what the issue was and sending me on the way from there. Cons: I'm short on that right now.
