Servers and greeters were very kind and attentive. The bay itself was a bit dirty (the cushions stained/table was covered in crumbs from last guests) Given the place wasn't packed at all, it would have been nice for my party of two to not have been sat next to a family of 6 with multiple misbehaved children. That kind of killed the vibe. Golfing was fun but the ball collector was sooo squeaky and quite distracting to try and play through.

Drive shack is a great place to hang out and test your golf driving skills. 40$ per hour is a little pricy. Food choices was good. Ordered the margaret pizza. It was on the sweet side. Came out crunchy, which was great. Our server was attentive and fast.

My husband and I came here for a card show that was hosted at the Lake Nona Drive Shack. The card show was great but the facility itself definitely needs some work. We noticed some holes in the ceiling on the first floor with some leaks/water damage, so it was awkward trying to walk aground the buckets on the floor to catch water. On the second floor where we stopped for some drinks and food had two people working the bar but they seemed overwhelmed as our food that we ordered ended up sitting for a while before it was served to us. By the time we finally got food we were so hungry we just ate it lukewarm. The food itself was still good but it would've been much better to have it fresh of course. The drinks were good as well but they had a limited supply. I wanted to have more high noons but they ran out of the flavors I would normally have. I think if I try Drive Shack again I will go to another location.

I loved my experience at Drive Shack! What an easy way to enjoy golfing at a range with food, drinks, shade, and fans to keep you comfortable. It's expensive but you pay for these conveniences. I came with a group of girls on a weekday evening. We chose to sit in the bar area for a bit prior to reserving a bay. It took a while to get a server to come back to take our orders, but we weren't in a huge hurry. Once we got our food, they helped us take it to our bay to start golfing. Food was decent bar food. Our group chose to play several of the games to test our skills, and we loved it! You try to hit certain targets on the field to score points. You don't need a ton of skills to have fun. Overall, Drive Shack was a lot of fun with a group!

My first time to Drive Shack was a fun experience! I am by no means a professional golfer and took up golfing a few months ago, and found that they have games of 9 and 18 hole courses here - such a fun add-on for those who enjoy the sport. They also have games for people who are playing more casually. Families were all around us, people of every skill level enjoying their time together! The price to play was a little steep compared to other activities in the area, removing an star for that. We did not order food during our visit. The service deserved five stars. Our waitress was Bryanna and she was provided outstanding attention! I'm a lefty golfer and they provided complimentary lefty clubs for me, but I needed help getting a lefty tee at our bay. It took a moment for Bryanna to help the party next to us, then she quickly jumped into action. I wasn't able to play until she assisted - and without hesitating she added an extra 15 minutes back onto our game time. I've been to their competitor and waited for them to bring me lefty clubs and I've never been reimbursed time - her going above and beyond doing that for me made me want to come back. She was very friendly and checked in with us a few times. I would definitely recommend this location and look forward to coming back!

Great alternative to Top Golf! Much more affordable and less crowded. We were able to make reservations online the night before and found 2 hours of game play to be the perfect amount of time for 4 of us. You can choose from several games--some not being as interactive or "easy" to earn points. We had a few ball delays, but overall a good experience. Our server was attentive despite also hosting a kid's party a few bays over. We shared the nachos with chicken tinga and pretzel bites--it was surprisingly filling. The only negative for food and drink was the cost of high noons being $9 and no bucket option.

I've been coming to drive shack for a while now and they always give the best service. Drinks are good and of course the actual golfing is amazing ! Best drink on the menu might be the passion fruit sidecar , but I also feel it depends on your preference. This has a mixture of Passion fruit with lemon and some cognac. Parking lot is very open so parking shouldn't be the issue, but they're pretty secluded so they have plenty of space and bays to have some fun. Overall I really enjoyed the time here and they have a good price for the bays! Night time is $45 for 6 people and it features multiple game modes and great vibes. If you want to have a good time with some good drinks and entertainment within the lake Nona location, this is the spot!

Decided to head for a game of top golf while my brother is here visiting from NY, we came in around 8:30pm which we figured it might not be to busy, there was a wait for about 30mins. While we waited we sat at the bar and Ryan R took care of us right away. He was very professional, friendly and fun to have as our server. He didn't have us wait long for our beers. After we were called for our drive lane, which we didn't wait the 30 mins more like 15 which was great! Ryan mentioned he would be our server there and he would be bringing our food and whatever we needed shortly. Food came out quickly, ordered wings, nachos and quesadilla! Loved how stuffed the chicken quesadilla was. The nachos were delicious, they didn't have cheese all over the place. The only thing I wished it had more chicken. Wings were on point nice and crispy ordered the bbq and mango habanero! I love spicy so those did it for me! So good! Ryan R was on top of his service, came to check on us consistently and asked if we needed anything else. I highly recommend this location after 8pm.

Instead, I found salvation at Lake Nona's Miller's Ale House, my sister's favorite place to eat. The Flight-Delay Forgiveness Tour: Miller's Ale House Edition After my flight from New York decided to linger in the clouds long enough for me to consider the nutritional value of the airplane's headrest covers, and I touched down in Lake Nona with a hunger so ravenous that I was ready to seize the first edible object I saw. My sister's suggestion and my hunger led us here. I sought penance for my travel delays in the form of the Brunch Burger. This was no mere sandwich; it was a half-pound premium beef patty crowned with a majestic fried egg, peppered bacon, and a creamy red chili sauce that acted as a peace treaty for my grumbling stomach. It was so juicy and well-executed that with every bite, it practically whispered a formal apology for every minute I spent on the tarmac. My sister, meanwhile, opted for the English Pub Fish & Chips. The white fish was beer-battered to such a flaky, golden perfection that it almost attempted to swim right off the plate and back to the Atlantic. But let's discuss the real MVP: the seasoned fries. These were the antithesis of the 'double-dropped' or over-fried tragedies found elsewhere; they were crunchy, precision-seasoned, and undeniably fresh. We didn't leave a single stub behind. In fact, had there been a lone crumb remaining, we might have engaged in a territorial dispute over it like a pair of frantic seagulls at the pier. Miller's didn't just provide a meal; they provided a 'salvation' from a stressful day of travel. If you're looking for a place where the food is as bold as the energy in the room, this is your front-row seat. I didn't try it this time, but if you love sweets like me, you should definitely try the Captain Jack's Buried Treasure cake--You won't regret it. Psst, just so you know: it's definitely a treat to share.

We were dying for a place with fresh air and outdoor seating, so a colleague found Canvas and we were all completely on board. This exceeded all expectations. The outdoor table in a covered area on the lake was just what we needed and the space itself is beautiful. Our server was Elizabeth and she was someone who has a real gift for delivering great hospitality. We were a larger, last minute group and she really took great care of us so we were all grateful to be seated in her section and all said how excellent she was at her job. The drink list was awesome and they had a great variety of cocktails, mocktails, and wines by the glass/bottle. I had a watermelon ranch water to start, that was so light and refreshing, plus really unique. I then moved onto wine, but my colleagues ordered a variety of drinks like the Lake Side Collins, Espresso Martini, and Blood Orange Cosmo. One in our group who is pregnant really enjoyed the mocktails on the menu. We started with a few apps that Elizabeth recommended, including the whipped ricotta, buffalo chicken, and calamari. We had a lot of different food preferences, but everyone easily found something to order. I had a Caesar salad and truffle fries (the fries were good, but not truffle-y) since like a toddler, I filled up on apps, but everyone cleaned their plates. The portions are also HUGE - two of my friends split the mushroom calzone and a Caesar and it was probably enough food for 3 people. We ended by sharing the Nutella donuts at the table which was the best choice to wrap up a wonderful evening out after two really hard days of work. If I lived in the area, Canvas would be somewhere I'd want in regular rotation to visit - it was a great blend of amazing service, a beautiful ambiance and vibe, and wonderful food/drink options. The most difficult part was figuring out WHAT to order off this menu!

I swear this whole experience felt like a social experiment or something. We were quoted a 20-minute wait that turned into 40, which is fine, but when we got the "table ready" text and went up front, the staff didn't even know if our table was actually ready. Already confused. Then we get seated at a 4-person table. We ask if we can sit at the 2-person table literally right next to it (like... less than a foot away), and they say no. Instead, they have us pull apart the 4-person table ourselves to make it work... and we had to clean it too because there was still stuff on it. At this point I'm like ok so we're employees now? Then a manager comes over and asks us to pick up and rotate our table to make space for a couple with a baby. Mind you this is the SECOND time we've had to move our table. We do it... and then they don't even seat the couple there. So we just rearranged the restaurant for fun I guess. The hostess was also hovering and making small talk about a matcha I got from the coffee spot inside, which felt like she was trying to make up for the table situation but it just made everything more awkward. Also why are the water refills like that?? They kept coming by and pouring literal droplets instead of just filling the glass. And our server somehow had perfect timing in the worst way possible -- every single time my mouth was full, she would appear and ask how everything was. It became a running joke. At one point we were laughing so hard because we genuinely couldn't believe what was happening. The crazy part is the food was actually really good. We spent around $200, so I expected the experience to match. Overall... great food, but the service felt like a fever dream. At this point I'm just wondering when HR is sending my onboarding paperwork.

While mistakes happen, it was frustrating having to wait for the order to be remade while the rest of the table was already eating. I ordered the Fruity Pebbles chicken and waffles for my daughter. It was okay, but definitely on the sweeter side. The chicken itself was coated in cereal and then topped with syrup, which made the whole dish very sweet overall -- just a bit underwhelming for us.
