I flew out every weekend for 13 weeks in a row. Reservations always easy at a good price, shuttle wait too and from MCO was never more than 15 minutes, truck parked for me and ready-to-go when I returned. The guys are always friendly. I have seen interactions with all sorts of other customers and I can confirm they are genuine. I think the negative comments stem from feeling like you're stranded. Once you confirmed you are ready for pick-up from the text message sent to you (after drop off), just sit on the bench at the spot, be patient, they are coming. Never failed me 13 weeks in a row... and I am Mr. Impatient. WIth no intention of stopping, I hit the "ready" when getting off the tram, approaching the escalator's on the "A" side. read more

I've gotten burned in the past by other long term economy parking so I was hesitant about booking because the price seemed like a steal, but Drive and Park assuaged all of my concerns. The valet parking is super convenient so you don't have to lug your belongings through the parking lot. I only had to wait about 10 minutes for the shuttle and they left with just me and one other person--other companies will wait up to 30 min for their shuttle to fill up! I returned unexpectedly a day early but they already had my car and keys ready at the front and I was out of there in a jiffy! For the price you just can't beat it. read more

Drop off went great, they took my car and I rode the shuttle to the airport. Once my flight home arrived I called the supplied phone number to request pickup, but no answer. I called them (cell and landline) repeatedly for over an hour. No one ever answered or came to pick me up. I had to order an Uber (along with 6 other customers) to get a ride to their lot. Once I got to the lot, there were about 30 people standing outside waiting, they could not find their car keys and/or their cars. I had to go inside and dig through bins to find my car key. Once I found my key I had to walk through their lot to try to find my car. My car had a nice dent on the back bumper that was not there on drop off and the backpack that was left in my trunk had been opened and the contents thrown all around. Multiple items were stolen from my car, including about 3 hours of my time for having to wait for a shuttle that never came and to aimlessly walking the lot to find my car. read more

Very very bad experience our Plane landed at 8:15pm, once we got our luggage and made it through customs, we called to confirm pick up. We were told someone would be here in 15 minutes. It is now hours later, 10:15pm as I type this. A shuttle came and we were not able to get on the first one because the driver did not allow us telling us there was another 2 minutes behind him and allowed other guest who came after us on before us. When my husband called they said they only had one driver. It's been over 10 minutes now as my family and I still wait. Absolutely horrible. I will not book with them ever again. Not professional or fast at all! Don't let the pictures fool you. They do not have that many available vans for transportation. read more

I would not recommend this parking lot. The drop-off process was extremely confusing, with very little communication or guidance on where to go. The lot itself was a dirt lot that felt gross and poorly maintained, with cars parked haphazardly on grassy areas instead of clearly marked spaces. While my vehicle was in their care, an item inside my car was damaged. My sun shield was properly closed and put away when I dropped off the car, but I returned to find it broken, unusable, and tossed into the back seat. When I brought this to the staff's attention, and even showed them the broken item, they denied responsibility and were not apologetic at all. Overall, the lack of organization, professionalism, and accountability made this a very frustrating experience. I wouldn't trust leaving my car here again. read more

Avoid as unreliable! Here is my recent December 2025 experience. Paid $109.00 for 14 days parking. We arrived on time and there was good service. This business is about a 10 minute drive to the Orlando airport. We were dropped off at B-36 ground transportation. I was told by the driver they would pick us up at B-36 on return and to call after baggage pickup. A business card with their phone number was provided. NOW on return after a gruelling 18 hour day from Japan we called at 7:50 pm and I advised we were at B-36 ready for pickup. The response was pickup would be in about 20 minutes. I called again after 30 minutes and no pickup. Called again after 45 minutes of waiting. Called again after 60 minutes. We were told to be patient! Finally called again and it went to voice mail. Left a message with no response. Then I had the wife call on her phone and it was answered immediately. Then a big fat lie! The employee said he had repeatedly told us that pickup was at A terminal not B ground transportation. If that were true why didn't they call us and tell us they were waiting? He said they don't pick up at B-36 A 5 minute walk across from B to A terminal. Still no driver. Not once did they call us back and say we were at the wrong pickup though I told them at least three times we were at B-36. I spoke with the airport ground supervisor and he said they pick up at both terminals which I confirmed after seeing numerous other companies picking up passengers numerous times at both locations. Finally after a total of 70 minutes waiting the van arrived and "coincidentally" one other passenger was waiting. I checked my paperwork, their provided business card, and there was NO written information about where the pickup would be. Be careful if you choose this company. Lying outright, extremely poor pick up service and lying to make it our fault was abhorrent! read more

I tried to cancel my reservation as my plans changed and asked for a refund. After several days and several attempts to contact them, I finally got a return email asking for last 4 digits of my credit card and exact amount I paid. I gave them that information then after several days received another email they couldn't find my reservation. This time it had a different email address that I responded to with a copy of the reservation and proof of payment. The email came back as "undeliverable". So I sent another email to first one that responded. So far, no further correspondence from them. I feel this is a scam operation or at best, a very poor quality one. It cost me $70.76 to learn this. I will do all in my power to let others know, do not use this company. I only did after reading all the glowing recommendations they post on their website. This post is extremely long because for every five, ten, and now 45 minutes I have waited for the shuttle, my anger has grown. In summary if you are traveling international out of MCO, do not try to save a few bucks and park at drive and park. I will start with my good experience which occurred Last Saturday. I parked at Drive and Park and was fortunate enough that the All of the passengers were going to terminal C. Thank God they were willing to accommodate us and I tip the driver very well for doing so. Now the the bad experience. Today I arrived at terminal C and contacted the company for the shuttle. I was informed they would not pick me up at terminal C and I had to go to terminal A. So i make my way to Terminal A. It's a long walk from your plane to baggage claim, then you have to walk to get the train to terminal A. The you have to go to When I finally made it to the shuttle pick up area, I arrived just in time to watch the van leave as soon as I arrived. I know the driver didn't see me, but it is frustrating because when I contacted dispatch at 5:15 pm telling them that I missed the van, dispatch advised another shuttle. Would be there in 15 minutes. It was 50 minutes before the van picked me up. From now on I will pay to park closer. Since I have been here for almost an hour I have seen six vans from the yellow and black polka dot parking spot.I recommend them over drive and park. For your information I usually park at this location because it's very convenient and the price is right. This is my last time given this experience. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! ! My wife and I left our car (with the keys in i)t and hopped right on a bus to the Orlando airport. Unfortunately, as we pulled out there was no one in sight to keep an eye on our car. I prayed it wouldn't be stolen by a passerby. Luckily, it wasn't. However, on our return to Orlando after a 10-day vacation and long travel day, things did not go so well. We called the company to let them know we landed and gave them the vehicle information. We waited 30 minutes, then called the office to see what caused the delay. The dispatcher said "traffic." This was a Saturday night. There was no traffic. Called again 15 minutes later. Again "traffic," but this time she hung up on me. The business is 5-7 minutes away from the airport and they pick up on the A-side only. There was no reason for the 45-minute delay in pick up. Finally, after an hour, my wife calls and she can't get through. No one is manning the phones. After three tries she reached the same rude dispatcher who tells her to take an Uber and hangs up on her as well. After 1 hour, 10 minutes we are picked up and when we arrive at the lot they cannot locate my car. So we wait...in the rain. Finally 30 minutes later they find it. They oversold and did not notify me even though they knew they were full and had no alternatives of where we could go they said not our problem you can get a refund online. Had to wait 30 minutes and then when it arrived the crowd behind me rushed the van knocking a very old man aside since there were not enough seats. we waited an additional 20 minutes and still very rude aggressive people didn't let us on. the drivers had no system to get on and not enough seats. I called the office and they said because I went through a third-party they were full and had no even though I had paid online for my spot so you can imagine Christmas Eve trying to find another spot to park in, so beware they do not honor their reservations. read more

So, not a very good experience. They provided a shuttle to the new terminal for our JetBlue flight, but upon our return they said they would not pick us up at that terminal. They also said they don't drop off at that terminal when we asked why they wouldn't pick us up. That's a lie of course because we were in fact dropped off. We had to take a shuttle from the new terminal to the A terminal pick up area, but they drop you off on the B side and you have to walk over to the A side. With my 70 plus year old in-laws, this was not fun. We started the process at 11:30 pm and didn't get to our car until 1am! This will be our one and only time using their service. read more

After I told the driver what airline I was going to he dropped us off at the totally wrong side of the terminal causing us to rush carrying heavy luggage and miss an appointment at a TSA checkpoint. I won't be doing business with them anymore. We waited over an hour after landing near midnight. When I called them, they yelled at me when I had a question about where to go, and then they hung up. I called back, and the same thing happened. I found a few dozen other of their customers waiting with the same experience as me. When their shuttle finally arrived, it only fit about half the crowd, so some folks had to wait even more. Our pick up experience was terrible! They did NOT have our car ready for pick up after notifying upon arrival at the airport from their instructions. We called the number provided after we had our baggage and were at the specified location. Our WAIT at the airport was more than half an hour. When we arrived at the lot, we had to search for an attendant and learned that they were both working on another customer's car that had a dead battery. They told us our car was "out there with the keys on the window." IT WAS NOT OUT FRONT. We waited another half an hour and were getting very frustrated at about 1:30 am, after a long flight. As a new attendant was coming into the trailer, we asked if he could "please find our car" and were finally acknowledged with assistance and the car was brought to us. The lot was dark, with minimal light source., which added to the difficulty of finding a vehicle. When we had proper lighting, we noticed a small dent on the back rear bumper and a three inch scratch on the rear quarter panel that was not there when we left the car. Don't park your car here! What a terrible experience I just endured with these lazy incompetent fools. Arrived at Orlando Airport and called in my vehicle number, which they issue when you park. Driver picked me up and confirmed number and called it in to office to have the car ready to go. Arrived at Drive and Park and our car hadn't been pulled up. Literally no one else was picking up their car. I asked one of the employees where my car was. He suggested I sit down and wait for them. Despite at least five employees loitering around and no one actually doing anything, I could see no evidence anyone was actually looking. Over the next 45 minutes, I confronted staff repeatedly and asked where my car was. I told them my wife was sick and I just wanted to leave. They didn't even bother to give me an excuse and told me the car would be there soon. I finally had to call the police and after I told staff that I did, they apparently found my lost keys and sent someone out to get my car. I will never go back here again. I strongly urge you as fellow travelers not to frequent this business. read more
