Pontiac is about a two hour trip one way from where we live but I contacted Ryan and from the get go we received unbelievable customer service. We drove down there on a Saturday and took it for a test drive and the car was impeccable. It was clean, Ryan provided the Carfax equivalent and gave us the background on the vehicle. We spent about 15 mins negotiating and agreed on a price out the door. We were there for a total of 35 mins that Saturday. We would have to come back the following weekend as we needed a week to get the finances in order. The following weekend we drove and did all the paperwork with Cathy and she gave us the run down on the vehicle and showed us how things worked. All in all, only another 35 mins. So 8 hours of round trip driving to the dealership and only 1 hour 10 mins at the dealership. Unbelievable!! It's usually the other way around. Fraher is a 3rd generation family owned dealership that provided us with the easiest car buying experience I have ever had in my 40 yrs of buying cars. Went there for a transmission issue, they did a transmission relearn that I thought was under…read morewarranty and they charged me and said it wasn't under warranty. They did this without asking me to do the work first, so that strike number one. There is a whine in the turbo in the spool of the turbo I was told that by their, so-called guru service team. It is under warranty right now yet they will not replace it because they say it is normal, it is not normal. It did not come from the factory like that like that. These guys just don't want to pay for the part and I don't know if they get bonus money out of not paying for warranty items or what, but very disappointed and will never go back to this place and suggest no one ever go near it. Service team did a very substandard job. Even my transmission still at times clunks going into reverse after they said it would be fixed, I will have to take this to another shop hopefully with more competence than these guys. And my appointment was at nine and I'm just getting out now and it's 12 o'clock and they did nothing to my vehicle. I'm just speechless right now. If this is Ford in general. I'll never buy another Ford again if they can't cover their junk that they sell in these turbos.
