DripWorks advertises a full design service. I sent in a design request almost a month ago and never heard anything back from them. Now I see that they are only taking designs for small garden spaces. I was referred by a past customer because they had a huge project done by the designer there, I think her name was Heather, and she did an amazing job. I called and got someone in India who either didn't understand what I was asking about, or didn't care and kept trying ot get me to place an order. When I said I was calling about design, they said a manager would call me back. That hasn't happened either. I'm not sure what is going on over there, but I wouldn't waste my time with this company. read more

Ordered drip tape lock adapters with a valve and received drip tube lock adapters. obviously two completely different products. I get accidents happen but I was required to pay for my shipping return label. Why am I being financially punished for someone else's mistake. The quality of their connectors is good, better than what is sold on Amazon. Their pricing is not, e.g. B-hyve water timer is $20 more. What was great at Dripworks and is no more is customer service. Used to be, you called, got someone who knew what they were doing and was helpful. No longer true. I placed an order almost 2 weeks ago, common parts, not yet shipped. The information on the website is totally inaccurate. I called the help line, got overseas "help", call was dropped 15 times, literally. I spoke with 2 different people, neither had any idea of what was happening with my order, told me they would call back in 5 minutes, neither called back. Useless. I found out that the company was sold and the new owner wants to cut costs, does not care about the impact. Very sad to see a once good company deteriorate due to greed. I ordered parts to revise my irrigation system on May 2nd. A simple mistake was made, so I called and was told how to return the mistaken parts for the ones that I wanted. After ten days, I called again. They said they would send an email outlining the transaction from order to the correct parts being sent. Nothing. Call #3- The correct parts should be here on 6/1, and they will refund my postal charges for the incorrect parts, along with the tracking number for the correct parts. No email or tracking number. Call#4, on 6/6-- They will send the correct parts tomorrow morning, and tracking will happen at that time. They will reimburse the return shipping charges today, and it should show up on my account next Monday. On Monday, the charges were reimbursed. No email or tracking. Call #5, on 6/10-- They will ship the package on overnight mail. They will email the tracking number, a long with the automatic tracking. No communication. Call #6, on 6/12-- I left a message for Steven, who had been talking to me for the last three calls. He didn't call back. Call #7, on 6/13-- Steven said the package was sent on 6/10. He sent an email with the tracking number, and said they would refund the shipping charges for the original order. 6/14-- The shipping charges have been reversed, and the "overnight" package should arrive five to seven days after shipment. That's tomorrow or next week. Question: Would you want to do business with this company? read more

After a lengthily hold time, the agent explained that they had problems with getting the employees they need due to the pandemic. I tried to be sympathetic to their problem and be patient. Spent a week being strung along by customer service regarding a payment issue. Only when I called my bank to void the disputed transaction and published a bunch of one star reviews did they finally condescend to call me and explain the charges to me. Turns out they charge your card in a piecemeal way based on warehouse inventory or something like that. The disputed charge was a small portion of an older order; they charged my card for small amount ($29) long after the whole $150 order was delivered, causing me to (understandably) believe it was an erroneous charge, because no transaction whatsoever occurred on that date. read more

I had an excellent experience with DripWorks! We put in some new landscaping in our front yard using 5 different varieties of shrubs. I ordered the medium rose & shrub irrigation kit. There were a few parts missing from the kit, so I called them. The customer service person I spoke with was very polite and promised to have the missing parts sent right away, which they did. Installation was a snap. Everything worked just the way it was supposed to, and now my new plants get their water twice a day automatically. I had a great experience with Dripworks. I am starting a small cut flower farm and knew from the get go that I wanted to implement drip irrigation. Unfortunately, I had underestimated how little I knew about all the details that go into developing a drip system that will function efficiently. I got connected with Heather through the chat function on their website and she was downright AMAZING. She clued me in to everything I needed to know and even evaluated my cart of items before my purchase to verify I was getting everything I needed. Prices are comparable with others and they offer discounts for folks like myself who grow for sale at markets, which Heather also had informed me! Shipping was a bit steep but that is to be expected with the amount/weight of items that are to be delivered. Overall, great experience so far. I did speak to customer service and they said they were going to refund the overcharge, or cancel it because it's still pending, but it still in in my back log as still pending, and has not been returned to me yet. :-( I raised the stars because my product arrived and i put it to work immediately. It did the job i needed! They did stop the charge after talking with customer service, but now on my bank end side it is still showing pending, and so, those funds are not accessible to me. So i'm not totally satisfied, because if I would have known in the first place that there was going to be some kind of unauthorized extra charge, well I wouldn't have bought here, because i live paycheck to paycheck and can't afford any expenses I didn't plan on. I had a friend and a relative who both used Dripworks products. I finally decided to investigate for myself. I went on-line, placed and order (couldn't get my promo code to work on the web-site) and received my order within a few days. About 25 days later, I needed some more parts and so I called to place a second order and find out about the "discount" I wasn't able to post the first time. The service rep was nice enough but he didn't have the authority to refund us our discount. This is where my experience took a TERRIBLE turn. I was connected with the manager of the service department and I have NEVER dealt with a more incompetent manager in ALL of my life. She was just awful and would not transfer my call to ANYONE else so I could be helped. She told us SHE was the ONLY authority there. Finally, a gentleman got on who had some authority, manners and customer service savoy. Our problem was solved in less that 2 minutes. TWO MINUTES when we talked for 20-30 with the other service lady. I placed my order, was credited the wrongly charged money (all of this was in their system and they could see that we tried to use the code and didn't get credit for it so we were NOT trying to take advantage of them) and he gave us a slight discount on the new order. What a nightmare! It took a full month to get my order and only then after calling customer support for the 4th time. When my order finally came, all of my items had been carelessly thrown into the box, breaking many of the items including the 1000' roll of tubing which was a birds nest. They appear to be horribly mis-managed and top heavy...40 employees (this according to 7/7/2021 Willits News article), but only 5 in the warehouse. Bought a raised bed irrigation kit, which leaked from the mainline tubing. Customer service was little help. They eventually sent me the "good" transfer barbs, but when that didn't fix the problem, I had to pay to return their faulty product. You'll save money and get a better system with Rain Bird. read more

These guys are quite helpful in designing an irrigation system but their prices are too high. I got charged $150 for two medium sized boxes for shipping. It's annoying to feel ripped off with shipping costs. There are other vendors who don't charge so much and have better prices anyway. Shop around first. read more

I waited over 6 weeks for my irrigation supplies they didn't leave the building for 4 weeks and it took 2 weeks to get here and it was the wrong stuff I sent it back and they didn't even give me a full refund they wouldn't split the shipping with me when it was all there that was all their fault I'm in New Hampshire growing season is short I needed to get those plants in the ground and not be stepped on a while I installed irrigation. Icalled them many times they said it was coming ITS COMING. It finally arrived with elbows instead of end caps. I would stay away from Dripworks unless you live across the street from them. I explained that I'm retired on a fixed income. They don't care! Dripworks SUCKS! THEY cost me over $400 for 6 weeks of mental torture and NO PRODUCTS. They chose not to return my call when they could have saved $$$$ on shipping. When I called person was sweet and said she would cover shipping because it was THEIR BAD, but the lady that makes that decision was not at her desk. NO CALL BACK! Horrible experience so far. I ordered some sprinkler heads which I made the mistake ordering the wrong ones. Contacted them and asked how I can exchange them for the ones I meant to order. They sent me the form for exchange and I shipped the old items with the exchange form. I got a confirmation from USPS that my return package is delivered but when I reach out to Dripworks, their sales support person (Amber S) keeps saying it's not received and no further info or help on what I should do next. They don't offer a refund or help with the exchange. I am going to file a dispute via the credit card company but I thought I should also leave the feedback here. I wish to give a "shout out" to Hillary. Her friendly and calm manner, as she answers more questions and explains the products, has been so appreciated. She knows her product line well. We are doing a lawn conversion, and I have been purchasing a lot of drip irrigation supplies. This company has a nice selection of products not available locally. Last week I ran out of small hold downs for 1/4" tubing. All of our local big box stores were out of them. I placed an order from Dripworks at 1:30 pm, and the hold downs were on my porch before noon the next day. The cost including shipping was less than buying these locally. read more

I agree with most negative reviews below. If your order goes smoothly you may be OK. However, in my case it did not. Their printed catalog was in error about reporting required operating GPM's of a particular pressure reducing valve. When my order arrived....I saw the unit's stamped required operating GPM was different than their catalog stated. The higher required GPM made this costly item unusable for me. I called and talked to an understanding rep (Mandy). However, her supervisor said they would only agree to pay the shipping if I bought another type of regulator! Really not happy with their return procedures. Closed after Christmas. No Problem, everyone deserves a break. Sent return day after Christmas on our dime $100 for $250 of products. Delivered by FedEx on Jan 3. on January 16 we still do not have our refund credited to us. Told us that they don't have record of the returned package. Now the excuse is our warehouse manager is at training...we will need to get back to you. Lucky it was bought with VISA. They will be handling the refund from here on. read more

Their customer service rep Rodrigo tried his best to get me off the phone. After insisting I speak to someone in charge, there was no manager on duty on a Thursday at 930am. I end up speaking to a rep named Heather. I told her I would return the order if I didn't get the discount. She said go ahead and promptly hung up on me. Do not order from this company. I guess they will lose out on my repeated business from here on out. I guess the owners don't need the money coming into the business. Oh and any changes and returns get charged too and shipping is on the sender. Nice business model folks. I will be making a pain of myself with this company. Read the negative reviews and decided to buy anyway. Ordering/shipment was quick. I laid out the tubing on a hot, sunny day to straighten and soften a bit. That was key. Everything went together well but tight as it needs to be. Yes, my thumbs and index fingers are worn out. I practiced puncturing on a small piece and that was a good idea. Had a couple emitters that leaked a bit from poor seal but all went OK. read more

We bought an assortment of drip parts and tubing last fall and found that some of the fittings did not go into the tubing with any amount of pressure, wriggling, pushing, etc. Only extreme heat could expand the tubing so that the affected connections could be placed. This was reported to the company at the time and they continued to insist that the fittings would fit. At the approach of winter, we could not proceed with the drip installation so the problem remained unresolved. Now with the warmer weather, we are trying to complete the drip and the company refuses to acknowledge that some of the fittings were improperly fabricated. The person we have attempted to deal with (C___) insists that the fittings are fine. We have installed drip systems in many houses for more than 25 years and are well versed in the complete installation and repair. It is totally disgusting to be telephoned daily by this rep who refuses to believe us and, like a broken record, insists that the fittings always fit the tubing. Anybody who chances to buy from this company needs to check every part ordered and be prepared for a hassle in the event that there is a problem. The other reviewer also experienced problems.
