The store is on the second floor of an office building. There are a couple of display cases with some wonderful pieces but this is the kind of place you go when you want something really special custom created just for you. It's clear they are passionate about their craft and are honored to be a part of our special celebrations. They worked within my tight deadline and even stayed late so I could pick it up after work. I'm so pleased with the engraving but even more excited about having someone in the neighborhood I can trust. I picked up one ring and dropped another off... my wedding ring to be resized. What a gift it will be to be able to wear it again. If you are looking for something special and prefer to work with someone who treats you like family, give them a call.

He was rude and dismissive the whole time and on the phone and said " I walked in and saw this guy waiting for me and now have to look at this dumb ring I'll call you back later" and yes it turned out to be fake but he didn't need to act like an A Hole during that.

Recently, a Harry Winston ring was taken into Lastovica for an updated appraisal. When the…read moreappraisal came back, Alfred Lastovia Jr had appraised the center stone as a 1.50ct H-color VS2-clarity cushion. The problem? It was a GIA certified 2.12ct F-color VS1-clarity cushion. He was so astronomically off on every single facet of his job, he ended up under-appraising the ring by well over 60%. And had the ring not been subsequently taken to an independent Master Diamond Grader for confirmation, that error would have resulted in a loss in the $12,000 - $15,000 range in the event of a future insurance claim due to being so significantly under-insured. Typing up pretty appraisals is only 1% of the job. Getting the appraisal details & value right is the other 99%. Look elsewhere if accuracy and having proper insurance coverage are important to you.

I recently brought in a few gold rings and was offered what I thought was a fair price. I hesitated at first, and the gentleman helping me actually encouraged me to check out a few other dealers before making a decision. That level of honesty really stood out. Sure enough, I visited two other dealers--and to my surprise, Bay Area Gold Buyer offered me nearly 25% more than the others. That kind of difference speaks volumes about their integrity and commitment to giving customers the best value. I couldn't be happier with my experience, and I'm especially glad they've opened a new location in H-Town. It's rare to find a business that combines professionalism, honesty, and the best payouts all in one place. Highly recommend!!!

14kt gold/VS Clarity/white - 2 teeth $1,577.68. December 29,2025 I placed an order using their…read moreonline option. I've done a mold before as this is not my first set of grillz. 1/3/2026 I received and sent off the molding kit completed with two impressions of my teeth. 1/15/2026 rolls around and I receive my grillz that are slightly loose, I talk with James, the manager there and he tells me he'll get them tightened so, I send them off and although he did email me a label to send, USPS doesn't print out labels for free which, I then came at a loss of the shipping fee. I receive them 1/20/2026 and this time they are even looser than before. I get in touch with James again and I swear his favorite line "I'm sorry you're experiencing this but, it's not about how we start it's how we finish". I'm pretty patient at this point but, losing confidence in their ability as professionals so, again we go through the same process to send it back to them for the second time and he sent a remold kit 1/21/2026, I explain to him that I work full time and I am already upset about the drives back and forth from the post office as we all know gas is expensive- in response I got zero compensation and told him I do not have the time to spend another hour plus doing another mold kit and spending more of my money to ship it off again. When I mention this to him (James the manager) he just keeps talking around the issue so I ask to step up and speak to his boss. Well, I found that his boss doesn't find my issue important enough to be of his concern. I explain to James that since the incorrect sizing was provided multiple times it shows Incompetence and lack of care in the craft. I requested a refund as the "custom jewelry" was not the correct size for my teeth and it would be unethical to charge me for something they couldn't get correct. Which was denied immediately. After which I attempted to dispute the charge through my bank which was denied due to their strict "no refund on custom jewelry" (I thought an exception would be made for jewelry that was made incorrectly but, I guess as long as it looks like the product that's good enough for them) clause which is fair but, also a very unethical business practice that highlights that this company clearly doesn't value their AVERAGE CONSUMERS satisfaction or treating them fairly. During the dispute process they didn't reply to a single email, text or call or notify me of cutting contact. showing bitterness at the fear of loss in revenue. 5/5/2026 rolls around and I get a message asking if there was anything they could do to fix the issue which I notified them that I took the piece to get looked at by another jeweler who had to add more gold and use 3 molds to bend them in the correct shape and They fit now but the more I wear them the more I notice they were never done right to begin with and finishing the job cost me an extra $400 and some change for them to do. Dayyani jewlers just left me on read to mock me I guess. Overall the worst experience I've ever had and this is my first experience buying pricy jewelry (diamonds). For anyone who took the time to read this I'm not going to tell you what you should or shouldn't do but just know this can very well be your experience too or maybe not and I'm just unlucky. The facts don't change about their fairness though.
