The store is on the second floor of an office building. There are a couple of display cases with some wonderful pieces but this is the kind of place you go when you want something really special custom created just for you. It's clear they are passionate about their craft and are honored to be a part of our special celebrations. They worked within my tight deadline and even stayed late so I could pick it up after work. I'm so pleased with the engraving but even more excited about having someone in the neighborhood I can trust. I picked up one ring and dropped another off... my wedding ring to be resized. What a gift it will be to be able to wear it again. If you are looking for something special and prefer to work with someone who treats you like family, give them a call.

He was rude and dismissive the whole time and on the phone and said " I walked in and saw this guy waiting for me and now have to look at this dumb ring I'll call you back later" and yes it turned out to be fake but he didn't need to act like an A Hole during that.

I first went here 8 years ago on a recommendation from a friend to turn my grandmothers diamond…read morering into a necklace and it came out absolutely gorgeous. It's truly stunning and still shines like the day I picked it up. I've held on to some of my grandmothers pieces for 30 years, lived all over the country and waited until I moved back to Houston to bring these other rings to be resized so I can look down and remember my grandmother is still with me. There's 9000 jewelry stores in Houston, but if you want something custom made, and feel weary about who you can entrust a family heirloom to, bring it here. I only have three tokens of my grandmother left after all of these years and I've entrusted Sethi's with all of them. All the things that I would grab if my house were on fire, I've left with them, that means trust and a customer for life. I'm certainly not a high roller, I'm just your average nurse who works really hard and wants to treat myself every once in a while to something pretty, but I've always been welcomed like I'm the only person in the store when I come in. I think everyone has that experience here and why they have such loyal customers. I can't wait to see how they fixed up an 80 year old ring today. I think I might even treat myself to another piece of happiness when I get there. Update: came out better than I even imagined. And I treated myself to something I'll cherish forever.

After waiting eight days and driving an hour through traffic, I arrived only to find out it still wasn't ready. I finally picked it up yesterday--and today it broke again in the same place. This time I will go to someone else to get it fixed. Over $100 down the drain. Very disappointed with both the service and quality.

I've been a Deutsch customer for over a year now and couldn't be happier with my experience there…read more My last visit I was able to purchase the ultimate diving accessory, a Sea-Dweller Deepsea, the most hardcore dive watch Rolex makes. Sales staff is friendly and knowledgeable, make customers feel welcome and try their best to fulfill their wishes. I didn't want just any Rolex; as a recreational diver and someone who's really into the brand and its values, I wanted to buy a tool watch that exemplifies what Rolex as a company stands for: tough, reliable, durable tool watches that are overbuilt for their intended purpose and will outlive their owners with a minimum of maintenance. Valerie accommodated me, she got me exactly what I wanted and did so in a friendly and professional manner. I only wish I could leave more stars in this review. Needless to say, I'll keep coming back to Deutsch for all my jewelry and Rolex/Tudor/Cartier purchases. There are other pieces I plan to add to my collection and Deutsch is the best place in town to do so. I can't recommend them enough!

"Beautiful, stunning, unique"…read more My fiancée told me she wanted her ring to be a work of art: something so unique, no one has seen anything like it. This as a tall order for any ring shop, but Seghal diamonds made an absolutely amazing custom engagement ring for my fiancée. They were able to take my concept photo idea and work with me to draw up a great looking pear-shaped design that would both look beautiful and unique. They were able to talk me through the process of molding the ring, and had many demonstrations of how the diamonds and other jewels would look and fit into the ring. My fiancée has said that her engagement ring is fit for a princess. If you want custom jewelry that looks fit for a king, queen, or princess, Seghal Diamonds is the place to go. I know there is a Movado shop in the Cypress Outlet Malls, so I called them and asked if they did the repairs on site and they referenced me to Atelier Associates. Thinking I was in the wrong place, I called and asked for directions. He told me I was in the right place and they were on the 15th floor in Suite 1550. After I made my way up I spoke to a young man at the counter and he informed me it would take 5 to 10 minutes to fix the issue and there would be no charge. This of course was a great surprise. When it comes to nice items like this, I expect to pay a premium for repairs. I greatly appreciate the work that was done and would have been happy to pay for it.
