This company messed up multiple buttons on my vehicle, as you can see in the pictures below. The grey buttons are what I replaced mine with afterwords. They also missed several big stains that I had to call the owner back to "hit" because the girl he had with him that did the interior did not do a great job at all. After my quick 30 second inspection and having him going over what I quickly found, those stains missed by the other employee quickly came out. However, during further inspection after they left, these photos show the stains they missed (you can even see the marks where they shampooed and where they did not.
Either way, I was more worried about the buttons, so I brought this up to them. They sent me a link for some "stickers" that would go over the buttons and stated the buttons were already peeling so they will be OK with paying for the stickers only. ANYONE that owns a Mercedes longer than 3-4 years knows Mercedes uses this soft touch material over their buttons that crack when they get aged after a couple years in the sun. My thing is - if you saw them peeling beforehand (I had just gotten the car and truly believe those radio buttons were fine, the door I knew about beforehand, and it was NOT noticeable) but knowing Mercedes vehicles all my life, I could see that happening with whatever harsh materials they used on the buttons. Why not ask me if I want them cleaned if you saw them damaged beforehand? I was right upstairs and could have came down and saw what the issue was, you know.
Long story short, they sent me $40 for everything, which isn't even half of what I paid ($280 for everything) so naturally with what happened with all the missed stains ( I didn't even lift up the mats to show more stains they missed) and damaged buttons - I am not happy with only a $40 refund. I can not even find the radio buttons and Mercedes wants $400 to replace the entire radio trim.... Even asked for a quote on the ceramic coating at least expecting some kind of discount on that, but I was sent to his website to pay regular price.
Not good business practice at all. I really wanted to keep their business and have them work on all of my cars, but after this experience, I won't use them again, nor recommend them to any of my friends and family. Please check your car before you have anyone work on it!!! They didnt even take before photos of what the buttons looked like beforehand. Not a good way to run your business, sir. 1 Star. read more
