The hidden gem of Kauai! We thought the warehouse looked cool from the front with no expectations of whet may be hidden behind the facade. Drift is now our mandatory revisit when in Kauai. Star 1- clean. Every visible surface, glass, seat and table were clean Star 2- the food was spectacular. I had the Cali Reuben sandwich. It was fantastic. My wife had the Cobb Salad. It was perfect! Star 3- we are not typically "specialty drink" drinkers. The list was introduced to us by the owner who explained every drink was made with top shelf spirits, fresh juices and fruit, and was something they had found, enjoyed, and recreated to serve. Their love for balance and presentation shown through. We tried 4 of their creations and LOVED all of them. Star 4- Environment, the back area is relaxing, beautiful, is on island time. Disappointed! I had spent a chunk of time researching our dinner options after visiting and hiking Waimea Canyon. Drove out of our way and arrived with anticipation and sandwiches and cocktail selections predefined from their web/Yelp pages. We started our food order with the friendly guy in the food truck. He advised us to go around back and finish the order since we were staying. Then upon entry were told they were closing right then (4+ hours earlier than published schedule) and were turned away. Great spot for dinner. The reviews are all spot on. The cocktails rocked. The Westside Mule had the perfect amount of ginger. My wife loved the cosmo. For the food, the Italian Stallion was amazing. Lots of flavor and the right amount of dressing. The Greek salad was also spot on! Our server was very helpful with the menu and the vibe of the seating area was great along the river. The only downside if there was one, was more dessert options are needed. That is not a big deal as the food, drinks, and vibe all make this the perfect dinner spot. read more

Super-cute permanent food truck bar/restaurant in the back of the Warehouse 3540 "Mall" on Koloa Road in Kalaheo. They serve a short but sweet menu of toasted grinders and salads with a great selection of specialty cocktails. We both had cocktails and then shared a Greek salad. We split 2 different sandwiches, the Reuben and the Godfather. They come grilled open-faced with potato chips, and one is more than generous for a mid-day meal. I came here for lunch with my kids and everything was so good. I got the Greek salad and really enjoyed it, the hummus it came with must have been good since my kid ate it all for me. Chicken strips, fries, flavored lemonades, and pretzel were also all delicious! There were so many things I wanted to eat here and the ambiance was peaceful as well with a nice forest view. Wife and I stopped in for cocktails on the drive back from Waimea Canyon. We saw the good reviews, so decided to check it out. It's a cute little "micro-bar" hiding behind a warehouse building. Staff were friendly and spoke as soon as we walked in. We could hear the stream beside the fence and the rain made it so much better! This just so happened to be a food truck in the parking lot of a warehouse with tons of little shops with handmade goods. The drinks and food were delicious. We devoured it. The service was great. The seating area has some small tables and a cute bar that is situated on what feels like a lanai at the edge of the forest. Very soothing and serene vibe. Music was a great mishmax of 90s-00s. Value is pretty good for the amount of food, cocktails aren't cheap but they're high quality! Get a cocktail and make sure to add smoke if it has that option! The only downside is that a cocktail here makes you more likely to spend too much money at the adorable stores in the warehouse on your way out! read more

Came here often after work, cute little spot behind The Warehouse. Always food trucks around too. This place is a kinda permanent food truck trailer they have a couple of taps and make some light dishes like sandwiches and French bread pizza. Had my favorite local brewery on tap so I was content. I did a deep dive on some places locally that sounded fun and we "drifted" to this spot (sorry but I'm a dad so I have an excuse plus the owner chuckled so I thought it was ok). What a lucky surprise. It sounds like a local spot that a few tourists "drift" into. The food was out families favorite so far in our 4 days here. So amazing and the drive over was really beautiful as well. Oh and there was a guy playing music that was really entertaining. So happy we discovered it. To be fair they have been open 2 years but WE just discovered them. The fact that they make all these awesome food and drinks from a trailer makes it that much more impressive.
