There's now room for guests in the guest room, and my kitchen is beautiful! Highly recommend Signe and Smart Space!

I can not get over what Kurt does in the course of checking my home - it's a lot of service for the money. If you are looking for someone to check on your house while you are gone... this is the company to call. Update - my wife was really worried about Hurricane Dorian & Kurt went over to our home at 8 p.m. at night to move the grill, furniture etc. into our garage! Who does that... he should wear a cape! He really saved us!

All I can say is that the company and my rental manager, Cathy Burak, are simply the best there is and I have had many other property managers in other states who come nowhere close to the professionalism and care practiced every single day by the entire team from Cathy to the bookkeeper to their in house real estate agent to their vendors. Their honesty and integrity are second to none. I have never ever felt that I was being overcharged or taken advantage of in any way given that I am 3000 miles away from my property. In fact just the opposite in that Cathy always goes above and beyond whenever I need repairs or to replace appliances. If every property management company operated their business like Walter Williams does there would be only happy landlords in the world. Hire them and you'll be one of the happy ones. Deborah
