She cleared out the line quickly in less than an hour with no issues. Fast forward a month later and my line got clogged AGAIN! Stressed and confused -- I immediately contacted Jess and she said she could check out the issue the next day. She discovered some clothes got clogged in the line since the hydro-jet appointment and was able to dig it out. Goodness! Horrible luck on my end but grateful Jess saved the day twice! The old sump pump (10 years old) was working fine but based on the expected lifecycle I wanted to be proactive. I already have a Generac 15 KW backup power generator (natural gas powered) so we did not need to put in a battery powered backup. The install took 2-3 hours. Absolutely super 100% job. If it were cheap, it would be a good deal. Unfortunately, they are not cheap. For $5,000 they could probably take the time to loosen the brackets before yanking on the downspouts. They could put the dirt below the turf pieces instead of the other way around, and they could show up to their appointments, or at least provide a phone call if they cannot.
