We first learned about Wise Choice through Yelp, and although we were initially nervous about choosing a contractor for such a large job (they gave us the best estimate, by far!) without a personal recommendation, we couldn't be happier with our decision. They were great to work with throughout the entire process, from architectural and engineering plans, permitting, and the actual construction. The project manager, Sergiy, and foreman, Bogdan, were very honest, helpful, and responsive every step of the way. The project was completed pretty much on budget (with only a couple of unforeseen issues outside of their control) and on time. During the bathroom reno, we had A/C installed and they needed to knock out a small wall to access our furnace. Nate was able to squeeze in the drywall repairs for us and still meet his time estimate. He gave us a very reasonable quote for the drywall, revised his initial estimate accordingly, and came in exactly on time and exactly on estimate. Nate is fabulous and you should hire him. I'm trying to think of something non-glowing to say... sometimes he can express his opinion strongly. If you're a pushover who will yield to an expert instead of pushing back to make sure it's the way _you_ want it and be unhappy later, Nate might not be the best fit. In all other ways he's fantastic!
