These weren't your average nachos either -- they came out on a half sheet pan loaded with seasoned taco meat and covered in a smooth white queso. Topped with diced tomatoes, green onions, and a drizzle of sour cream... every bite had solid flavor. And the portion? Huge. Definitely something you could share, but I wasn't mad keeping them all to myself. We also dug into their complimentary chips and salsa. The salsa is more finely chopped than chunky, but it tastes super fresh -- you can really pick up the cilantro, onion, tomato, and a nice squeeze of lime. Simple, clean, and honestly addictive. My wife went with the Crunch Weezy tacos (always a solid choice) and a side of Mexican street corn, which she loved. All around, a great casual dinner with good food, big portions, and that easy neighborhood vibe that keeps us coming back.

When we walked in we were told by the host we could get drinks at the bar no clear directions. So we walked up to the bar, waited about 15 minutes before one of the bartenders finally acknowledged us and told us we needed to go to the other side of the bar to get a drink. After we walked away one memeber of our party was still standing there and heard the same bartender say to the other guests sitting there "they thought they were gonna get some drinks from here tonight? not from me." Again. We asked the host she said at the bar - no directions as to where to go and we saw no sign. To speak down on guests to other is insane. After that we walked to the correct side of the bar where the male bartender walked by super fast and said "can you guys not block the whole entire walk way? thanks" in an extremely rude mannor. Again - no signs of where to go or wjere to wait we were standing at the bar trying to order drinks. Working customer service I understand how high stress things can be but I also understand that patience and explaining things to customers goes along away. the entire bar staff was extremely rude. We explicitly said this and other guests around agreeded they had been extremely rude. Again - we can understand its a holiday and busy. But 2 of us in our party work customer care and can understand the stresses of being busy but at the end of the day their job is customer service and to blantly talk down on other clients in front of guests is extremely poor service. My sister came to celebrate her kids birthdays later in the evening and said she was greeted with the same unwelcoming and rude remarks from staff. And unpleasant experience to say the least. I feel that I should mention my sister brings my niece here every year as a tradition for her birthday being may 5th - considered going to eat elsewhere for my nieces birthday. I really hate to talkd down on a busy day but I also understand as over whelming and frustrating days like this can be- you are laid to represent a company, and one poor experience I could be be empathic but muliple bar staff acting this way is just poor management.

I spend about $20 if I get a drink, two tacos, a tostada & chips + guacamole. Tacos are delicious & it's one of the few places you can get a tostada that is crunchy and flavorful. Service is really good I've also had the horchata and cucumber agua fresca, would recommend them both. My go-to is guacamole+chips, beef or chicken street style tacos and or the chicken tostada. They also have good queso and rice and beans. I have not had a bad thing honestly.

I order the birria soup, and it was good, I have no complains, but the burrito had a major downgrade, it lacked everything, it was big but flavor wise was so dull, same with the flautas not good at all. We order a taco at the end just to try to say we had an excuse to drive 30 minutes to eat here but it was just ok. The ambiance is about the same, small little family Mexican spot and you fell welcome. The tres leches was the best part of our meal so freaking good, and I don't even care about sweets.

She ordered the two tacos and one enchilada combo which came with Spanish rice--classic, flavorful, and exactly what she was craving. I went with the Nachos Loco, and let me just say: they live up to the name. A giant plate of tortilla chips smothered in queso blanco, loaded with chicken and beef strips, plus assorted peppers, with fresh lettuce and tomatoes on the side. Definitely enough to share (but I wasn't sharing much!). Of course, no visit starts without their complimentary chips and salsa--fresh, crunchy, and addicting. We had to pace ourselves so we didn't fill up before the main dishes came out. Our waitress, Mariela, was outstanding. Super friendly, quick with refills, and she kept us stocked up with extra salsa without us even having to ask. It's always nice when great food comes with equally great service, and she really made the experience even better. Overall, Fiesta Mariachi hit all the marks--delicious food, generous portions, and top-notch service. We'll definitely be back!

I parked my car and walked over to the food truck, and I was lucky to literally be next in line. I ordered the recommended lobster roll from the fine gentlemen that was doing the serving. I also ordered a water because it was rather warm. I gathered my lunch walked over to a picnic table, nearby and sat down to eat. My first bite into the sandwich or roll as they label them was literally a shock to my memory, it took me back to being in Maine many years ago and getting a lobster roll at a restaurant. Now I know my memory is not what it used to be, but I can honestly say this was a freaking delicious lobster roll. I ate the entire roll, wiped my face with a napkin at the table. And went up and told the server behind the counter how good the food was and that I can't wait to literally find them close by again. I will admit, I did not eat all the potato chips, because I didn't need them, but they were also good. I just read on Facebook where they're going to be in Westchester on July 20 now I need to find out where because that's literally five minutes from my house. I truly cannot wait to order another lobster roll or two. If you've never eaten at this food truck, I highly recommend it. On the day I purchased my role. It was $29 which a lot of people might think is a lot of money literally for a sandwich, but I will tell you this it is truly worth it.

I sit at the bar and I'm greeted by something I've never had ever...chips served with 2 red salsas, a verde salsa and bean dip! Usually you just get chips, a small bowl and a carafe of salsa, help yourself. This set the tone that this would be different than usual. I ordered steak fajita nachos and a Modelo Negra. I powered thru the chips and bean dip like it was my job. And it didn't disappoint. Really fresh and flavorful. Nachos are nachos, right? Wrong. How they are assembled has everything to do with their mouth feel as they cool down. I've had nachos that come out looking amazing but as they cool, turn into a disappointing chuck of chips held together by shredded cheese cement. These stayed loose with crunchy bites of peppers and onions, and the cheese sauce coated instead of becoming cement-like. I always order the same thing when trying a New Mexican spot. If the nachos are good, chances are everything is good! So I'll keep the almost 5 Star steak going. I agree, some of the best Mexican food in Columbus.
