These weren't your average nachos either -- they came out on a half sheet pan loaded with seasoned taco meat and covered in a smooth white queso. Topped with diced tomatoes, green onions, and a drizzle of sour cream... every bite had solid flavor. And the portion? Huge. Definitely something you could share, but I wasn't mad keeping them all to myself. We also dug into their complimentary chips and salsa. The salsa is more finely chopped than chunky, but it tastes super fresh -- you can really pick up the cilantro, onion, tomato, and a nice squeeze of lime. Simple, clean, and honestly addictive. My wife went with the Crunch Weezy tacos (always a solid choice) and a side of Mexican street corn, which she loved. All around, a great casual dinner with good food, big portions, and that easy neighborhood vibe that keeps us coming back.

I spend about $20 if I get a drink, two tacos, a tostada & chips + guacamole. Tacos are delicious & it's one of the few places you can get a tostada that is crunchy and flavorful. They also have good queso and rice and beans. I have not had a bad thing honestly.

Although Hispanic staffed there seemed no communication issues. Their chips and salsa came quickly. The chips were thicker and more crispy than some but good. Sadly the salsa was a bland liquid and not satisfying to coat the chips nor in taste. My main course ( combination # 18 with a side of refried beans) was well plated and presented. The fillings were more than adequate. Again, sadly, they were very bland and under seasoned. (I brought leftovers home) They had 2 popular store brand "hot sauces " on the table which helped a bit. If the most known fast food "Mexican" restaurant is spicy and flavorful enough for you, then this is a step up in ambiance, presentation, and quantity... and service.

I went with the Nachos Loco, and let me just say: they live up to the name. Definitely enough to share (but I wasn't sharing much!). Of course, no visit starts without their complimentary chips and salsa--fresh, crunchy, and addicting. We had to pace ourselves so we didn't fill up before the main dishes came out. Our waitress, Mariela, was outstanding. Super friendly, quick with refills, and she kept us stocked up with extra salsa without us even having to ask. It's always nice when great food comes with equally great service, and she really made the experience even better. Overall, Fiesta Mariachi hit all the marks--delicious food, generous portions, and top-notch service. We'll definitely be back!

I parked my car and walked over to the food truck, and I was lucky to literally be next in line. I ordered the recommended lobster roll from the fine gentlemen that was doing the serving. I also ordered a water because it was rather warm. I gathered my lunch walked over to a picnic table, nearby and sat down to eat. My first bite into the sandwich or roll as they label them was literally a shock to my memory, it took me back to being in Maine many years ago and getting a lobster roll at a restaurant. Now I know my memory is not what it used to be, but I can honestly say this was a freaking delicious lobster roll. I ate the entire roll, wiped my face with a napkin at the table. And went up and told the server behind the counter how good the food was and that I can't wait to literally find them close by again. I will admit, I did not eat all the potato chips, because I didn't need them, but they were also good. I just read on Facebook where they're going to be in Westchester on July 20 now I need to find out where because that's literally five minutes from my house. I truly cannot wait to order another lobster roll or two. If you've never eaten at this food truck, I highly recommend it. On the day I purchased my role.
