The guy has always asked if I want it to burn just today, or tomorrow too, and they'll crank up the heat accordingly. Tonight however, they convinced me to try the Surf & Turf roll and oh brother...outstanding! This one has loads of lobster AND brisket, delivering a knockout in flavor. Even at a hefty $32 for a roll and chips, I wasn't mad about it. This is a much larger roll than other lobster trucks out there and is seriously packed with meat and then loaded with toppings. These guys don't skimp on food or flavor. Plus, the dudes running the truck are funny and certainly give good advice on what to try. This one is a can't miss for me whenever I see them roll into town (which is pretty rare where I am). However...if you have little kids...maybe just send mom or dad up to order, as it can get spicy (just like the roll) sometimes.

I parked my car and walked over to the food truck, and I was lucky to literally be next in line. I ordered the recommended lobster roll from the fine gentlemen that was doing the serving. I also ordered a water because it was rather warm. I gathered my lunch walked over to a picnic table, nearby and sat down to eat. My first bite into the sandwich or roll as they label them was literally a shock to my memory, it took me back to being in Maine many years ago and getting a lobster roll at a restaurant. Now I know my memory is not what it used to be, but I can honestly say this was a freaking delicious lobster roll. I ate the entire roll, wiped my face with a napkin at the table. And went up and told the server behind the counter how good the food was and that I can't wait to literally find them close by again. I will admit, I did not eat all the potato chips, because I didn't need them, but they were also good. I just read on Facebook where they're going to be in Westchester on July 20 now I need to find out where because that's literally five minutes from my house. I truly cannot wait to order another lobster roll or two. If you've never eaten at this food truck, I highly recommend it. On the day I purchased my role. Looks like it was probably an old ice cream shop at one time. We ordered online, which was quite easy. Our food was ready when we arrived. There is no inside seating and you pick up your food at the window. You have to ring a bell for service which I had a hard time finding at first, but then located it on the right window. You pick up your food from the left window. The lady at the counter was very nice and thanked me for my business. Now let's get on to the food. I ordered the half portion of shrimp with two sides. I chose the corn and the potato. My shrimp food was very filling and good. Corn was sweet and red skin potato was also good. Hubby ordered the fried tilapia which came with fries and three hush puppies. Those were two big pieces of fish. He also enjoyed it. However, for the price point, he felt they should have better hot sauce, at least Texas Pete, not generic. They do have a private parking lot and we sat in the car and ate our food. My fiancé and I both had the Fingers Bowl, which is fried chicken on top of mac n cheese with your choice of sauce on top. I went for ranch, he got buffalo. I think he may of have the right idea but they were both delicious! I love how they even cut up the chicken so they are already in nice bite size pieces as there is no way I would have been able to cut that up easily with a flimsy plastic fork. Perfect ratio of chicken to mac, too. I will definitely be tracking these guys down again soon!

Containing Majority wide noodles with chicken. It had so much flavor. I could tell just by the aroma the truck was giving off from a distance the food was going to be fire. I don't know what kind of vinegrate it was in the small containers but it seemed to be of a sweet pepper or banana pepper and it was so pleasing with the noodles. I swerved over to 993 King Ave in Grandview and parked near the gas station. Parking is easy, you just find a spot along the gas pumps or in front of the moving vans parallel to the food truck. I walked up, got a warm welcome and ordered the 614 Arepa with fries. I have seen all the buzz and pictures about it so I had to try it. They gave me a buzzer to pick up my order. I waited about 10 mins and my food was hot and ready. I was washing clothes so I had to run back home to eat. When I took that first bite, so much flavor. I had to put it down and ponder why it took me so long to try it. So good. Chill vibes and lots of beefy goodness. 5 stars.
