They gave me a very reasonable priced quote to prepare our front yard, deliver and install the sod. The work was done when scheduled and our yard looks fantastic. Additionally, we also had to prepare our back yard for a new wood fence to be installed. Atlanta Professional Landscaping pruned a significant number of Leyland Cypress Trees to raise the canopy to ensure our new fence could be installed without delay. The problem lies with the actual results Agropro delivers from their services. I have been on their premium monthly subscription service for over 4 years and my yard looks as worse as it ever has. Every year I go through a back and forth where I try to cancel and they say ohhhhh please don't cancel. We will send the manager out and take a look and get a plan together. And then they offer me half off aerating and ask me to give them another chance to make it right and talk about how they are gonna really hit it with pre emergents in the fall / etc. Nothing actually happens and they don't actually improve anything. If you want to pay $70 a month for 4.5 years to see no improvement in your yard, choose Agropro.

Shortly after the respray we noticed a pattern of tremendous damage to the majority of our shrubs, trees, rose bushes, hydrangeas, even several of our healthy banana trees toppled over. We hired an independent professional to evaluate our entire property. They confirmed that the harm to our landscaping is consistent with the treatment that Agropro improperly applied. We tried to work with Agropro for a solution. Agropro defended their chemicals, offered to give a a "soil enrichment", suggested we pay additional for shrub and bush maintenance, and said all of our plants and shrubs were salvageable. This Spring, everything remains damaged consistent with the application of the chemicals. SAY NO TO AGROPRO.

The issues I have is not only did they remove a tree, but it's now 11/29/18 and i have heard no mention of how they are going to fix my problem. Just said they will get back and no return calls. This was my home they impacted and devalued and they just went ghost. I will say that people need not worry too much because in 15 years I was the only person who had got his tree cut down on accident. (Such a great thing to hear after you destroy my property). They also informed me that he would get my stump ground for free. (What a deal!!!) The whole thing seemed like a joke to everyone there. I was angry and truly just wanted everyone off my property the moment the tree got cut. I was quoted 800 for both trees to be trimmed which is 400 a hour and i will end up paying more than that for the tree I will need to replace the one they cut down. Outside the guy who cut my tree the crew was good at clean up and the half hack job on the remaining tree was because he couldn't get to it due to bucket reach and honestly I wanted them out of my yard. They did come out the day I called them and put together an estimate. At this time they are truly very busy. They did put me at the top of the list and came out the next week and removed the tree. Unbelievable how they used hoists to hold the tree up while they cut it down. They were at the end of their shift so after they laid the remainder of tree on the ground they came back the next day and cleaned it all up. The crew was highly personable and friendly. All GA boys. They really know their stuff, I would highly recommend them. I have several trees that will probably need removing and definitely call them to do the work.
