Left a tree stump at least 2 inches high and 5-7 inches wide. 2 dead limbs on pine tree. Asked Bryan Maze, part owner, 2-3 times to come back and finish. But guess was already paid so didn't even bother contacting us. This man brings his family by to treat or treat on Halloween, we know them. No matter. Still doesn't finish job. Guess he thinks he will do next time he comes in couple of years. His workers do not do a good job of cleaning up after. Leaves BROKEN stepping stones. Says will replace, BUT DOESN'T. Uses water hoses and leaves wherever they drop them, don't even curl hose up, just leaves wherever. Sprinkler box in ground was so crooked when put lid on it would not sit inside like supposed to. Our gardener dug it up and reset it straight so will close now. Used to be good and reliable company, but not anymore. They were working across the street and I texted co-owner Bryan Maze if could get ours while so close. No response. Not even days later to say not doing til you hire us again. Do not recommend. I know there are reliable owners and workers in the Tulare area.

We received multiple ideas and pricing from several companies. Evergreen was actually the last company that we met with. Phil came by our house at a time that worked for us and quickly came up with great ideas for our space that fit in our budget. He was very knowledgable about drought resistant plants and landscaping to suit our busy lifestyle. We both agreed his company was the best choice as he seemed more experienced than the others. He took our idea and made them better and more workable. We had sprinklers installed, which he was very informative about pertaining to how many stations we needed, size of pipes and our specific system we already had. Many things I would not have thought of and other companies did not mention. Our sprinklers and drip system work wonderfully. He also helped us choose each plant and tree. Not only did he help us choose drought resistant plants that would add color, but he made sure they were low maintenance and easy to care for, one of our wants. We had five trees planted and the ones he helped us choose are absolutely perfect and what o pictured. The other thing we wanted was more concrete areas and a fire pit. Again the work was very well done. The stamping done on the concrete is beautiful, but simple to blend with the existing concrete patio we had. He also added DG on the sides of the house, for the dog kennel and the utility area. (Where your trash cans and shed would be kept. The DG was a great suggestion as it is more cost effective than adding more concrete, but it feels almost like concrete and looks very nice. Now the actual fire pit they built I can't praise enough. It is absolutely beautiful. He also buried the propane line below ground and routed it to the side of the house so that the tank would be hidden out of sight and not an eye sore. Brilliant! A touch I wouldn't have thought of and one no other company suggested. The company was professional, all of the gentleman that worked on our property were happy to answer questions and did great work. Our yard is now a place we can enjoy and the design is exactly as we pictured, but better.

They did a superb job! They covered the plants and anything else that might have gotten damaged by falling branches. The big ash looks great; perfect shaping. Here and gone in less than 90 minutes. By contrast, our neighbor had a BIG redwood trimmed last summer that was right next to our fence. The tree guy just let the branches fly and they BURIED bushes and trees and other plants on our side of the fence and he didn't even come and get rid of them! He left them there for us to deal with! Besides hiring this company, I made the mistake of going into my garage and not monitoring their work. When I did check out their progress, I was shocked at what they had done to my trees. I was so infuriated that I couldn't say a word because I knew the only thing that would come out of my mouth would be profanity. Shortly afterwards, I called the company and requested to speak to Matt. I was advised that he was not there and the female who I spoke to asked if she could assist me. I explained what had happened to her and requested she have Matt call me. She advised me that she would and asked me to send her photos of the trees. This all took place approximately one month ago and I am still waiting for Matt or someone else to contact me. When Matt came out to give me the estimate, he also provided a business card identifying himself as a retired Navy pilot. To achieve that position, I would think that he had completed the Naval Academy and learned many things regarding having character and taking responsibility for his actions. The guys he has working for him are conscientious and proactive. Prior to trimming, they place rubber cones over my landscape lights and drape a tarp over my pond to protect it from sawdust. Additionally, they remove all fallen branches from my neighbor's property and leave my yard immaculately clean once the job is complete. Antonio makes a visual inspection shortly afterward to ensure that the work was done to my satisfaction.
