These guys did a awesome job. They were scheduled for one day to do all of our 11 palm trees however, once they got started they discovered the trees were full of wasp. Although they got stung repeatedly, they never gave up and came back early the next day to get rid of the wasp and complete the job as promised. It is also true about there efforts to make sure the cleanup was done correctly afterwards. Jason was without a doubt a man of his word. The crew showed up bright and early to begin work on the tree. The crew worked meticulously to remove dead wood from the tree while trimming away branches from the power lines. Once the trimming was done they removed all the debris even to the point of raking all the pine needles on both sides of the fence. As the years pass by, my fear of heights have increased to a point where it was unsafe for me to trim the trees myself. The crew from NCE stepped up to the job safely and without hesitation. Onan came out to do an assessment and a quote the same day I first called him, and I was impressed with the amount of time he spent explaining things to me (a tree novice). He also provided good insight on what should be done on a tight timeline, and what services could be done down the road, rather than trying to get me to go for a lot of work all at once. Mitch, the owner, came over right after I called and gave my husband and me a free evaluation and price quote to trim/remove many badly overgrown trees in our yard. We agreed, and with a handshake the deal was sealed. He and his crew members Jason and Cody spent several days working on our trees in the hot summer sun. They did excellent work. They thoroughly cleaned away the trimmings, leaves, etc. each day. We were also impressed by some extra work he did: for example, while on the lift bucket he blew all of the leaves off of not only our roof, but the neighbor's detached garage roof and rain gutters that had gotten full of leaves from our trees. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of the 3 gentlemen that did the tree removal and clean up at my house this past weekend. My initial call was responded to by a very friendly and polite lady. She informed me that someone would come over to see what I needed done and would give me an estimate. Their response was very timely and their bid was VERY reasonable. The tree removal team showed up at the appointed time, got the job completed in a VERY timely manner, cleaned up my whole entire yard plus the driveway and road in front of my house. I am so impressed with this business! I called them for an estimate and they came right out. Gave me a great price on the removal of 5 trees, and were very efficient in their work. Showed up when they said they would, cleaned up better than expected, and the price was fair. Very friendly, and professional. I called two other tree service companies, but they didn't call me back until this company had already given me an estimate, and done the job. The is a very professional business, and they were respectful too. I hope I never need trees removed again, but if I do, I will certainly use them. Very impressed! I just went out back to check on the clean-up and I am even more impressed than I thought I would be. The guys even swept my pool, and cleaned out my filter basket. I never expected that, but it was great to see how seriously they take their job. My neighbor just hired them to cut a dead tree he has in his front yard.
