We were actually asked to stay in our car which (while surgery took place) was right outside nearby and convenient for us. They have plenty of parking outside which is always a plus. We were the first to arrive at 6:30 a.m. but I did notice a few other cars pull up afterwards. We had a great experience from when we arrived at 6:30 am until he was discharged around 10:30 am. Also, they do require that you have your covid vaccine and proof if you want to come in with the patient. I came in to fill out the rest of the paperwork and also when he was discharged. All in all a great experience and I love the small setting . Thank you Oasis.

But then I was constantly being blown off or my appointment times would change the day of. I didn't mind at first but when it comes to taking time off work and being able to flex my kids schedule according to it, they crossed the line. I was told the night before the office was "out of supplies" so they had to move my appointment back. Then I show up and they say the practitioner was at an event with kids and couldn't see me until an hour later when she arrives. I just couldn't believe how disrespectful of my time and money this establishment is. I obviously don't matter as a client and as a person. So I decided to cancel my membership here. I even had brought the staff flowers and donuts because I was so thrilled to have INNOVA by my side with ageing and life getting the best of me. At the end it was very unprofessional and disrespectful of my time and money. They do not care. So beware of this place !!

Her new space for Windhaven in Palmdale is BEAUTIFUL and conveniently located near the mall and all the food places yet just far enough away to keep you out of the chaos. I recently decided to try the IPL laser treatment on my face. I'm a 51 year old woman and I'm noticing the signs of aging. After just one treatment, I was so impressed with the results. My rosacea in the upper cheek area is practically gone and the sunspots that had been accumulating over the years, are at least 75% diminished. Amazing! I can't wait to go back for another treatment. The downtime was zero. The pain was zero. The procedure took less than 30 minutes from the moment I walked in the door, to the time I was leaving. This is a must for anyone that is looking for real results. Highly recommend! I wouldn't have trusted anyone else to perform a treatment on my face. It can be scary to try new procedures and treatments because you don't know what to expect, but Christy knows what she's doing, and she does it with a gentle hand, explains the procedure before and during the treatment, and with a smile on her face. I'm grateful to have found her. If you're new to this beauty world, you literally cannot go wrong by trying Windhaven.
