I'd go more if my budget allowed! I always see good results. Yes- there are many med spas out there, but it's important you find qualified people. So I find it very comforting that I'm in good hands here (literally!), with Dr. Melina and Rachel. Bad ass women!

I've waited a really long time to write this review because I like the staff but I can't help but…read morefeel bamboozled. I spent about $4k on Emsculpt Neo when it first came out, and it made absolutely no difference in the appearance of my abdomen or underarms. [I took my own before and afters]. I've never had any plastic surgery or anything like that but wanted some help with my problem areas that I'm super self-conscious about despite being fit and wasn't willing to go under the knife. A few times I came to the studio, the paddles were down or something was malfunctioning with the machine. I don't know if that affected my treatments, but I can for sure say that it was not worth the cost. Sure, maybe celebrities or the ultra wealthy see a difference having this done on a regular basis, but a normal person will not be able to afford that many treatments to get results, and I wish Doc Melina was honest about that instead of selling me on a package. [And no, it wasn't my diet. I was working with a dietician and my diet was very strict during my cutting and maintaining cycles.] The tech was pleasant and cool, but I'm writing this as a cautionary tale to those considering Emsculpt Neo. You might as well just put it towards a plastic surgery procedure because Emsculpt Neo is kind of a scam.

I was scheduled to redeem a service on the morning of February 14. I arrived on time and waited for…read moreover an hour, but no one ever showed up. Not only was there no one in the office, but I also never received a courtesy call, text, or email letting me know my appointment couldn't be honored. I don't live nearby, so I made a long drive and wasted both my time and gas for nothing. What made the experience even worse was how it was handled afterward. I reached out multiple times by phone and email requesting a refund, and my calls and emails were repeatedly ignored. It was incredibly frustrating to be met with complete silence instead of a simple acknowledgment or apology. When someone finally addressed the situation, I was offered a free session as if that would make up for everything. It felt like they viewed this as a minor inconvenience, when in reality they completely wasted my time, failed to communicate, and then ignored my repeated attempts to resolve the issue. My biggest issue isn't just the missed appointment--it's the complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers. If a business can't be bothered to notify clients that no one will be there, and then ignores multiple requests afterward, why would anyone trust them with their time or money? This experience was handled poorly from beginning to end. I won't be returning, and I can't recommend a business that shows so little respect for its customers.
