I was stressed out about the increasing roach activity at my place but was skeptical about effectiveness of hiring an exterminator. Given the price of Top Notch Pest Control, I had high expectations. Robert, the technician, came out to my place twice, once for the initial treatment and again for a follow-up. After the follow-up, the activity had gone down so much, more than I expected. Additionally, Robert provided great tips for prevention, was pleasant to talk with, and made a stressful situation much easier to go through. While I don't have other pest control services to compare with Top Notch, they do seem to do quality work, if all of their technicians are like Robert. Thank you!

We had an urgent issue and due to our time constraints (family member in hospital) Sean dropped everything and came right over, at the end of his already very long day. His colleague who did the follow up visit was also excellent, and the follow up turned out to be just a precaution because Sean's first visit took care of the issue completely. We were beyond pleased and highly recommend. on top of everything else both Sean and his associate were kind and compassionate and patient, they were so understanding with my mom and took the time to answer all her questions and concerns and were so gentle when others would have been short or brusque, they never showed the slightest lack of patience. I keep my house spotless so i was really upset when i learned we had a mouse problem. I reached out to Prestige and they were able to have a service man out the next morning. They told me the appointment was between 9 and 11 and that the technician would call me a half hour before he arrives. At 915 i receive the phone call he said he would be here in 30 min. As soon as he gets here he asked me about our problem i showed him where we were seeing droppings. He went to every room in our house and sealed the holes by our radiator pipes. He was very thorough with his treatment. In our boiler room he found some holes in the floor he said this is where the mice were entering the home he sealed it up and set traps up. He said he would be back for a follow up treatment in 2 weeks. When he came back for the follow up he went though every room again to inspect for any new holes and re baited those bait stations. On the follow up he removed 5 mice that the traps had caught in the basement. I was shocked that we had such a huge problem. Its been 2 months now and we haven't had an issue with those dirty mice. We took the monthly service so that he can make sure they never return. So far they have always been on time and treats my home like it was his. If you need an exterminator i recommend trying them. You wont be disappointed.

Don talked my husband through some steps we could take to try and plug any holes and fix the issue on our own if we wanted to but after finding a few more bugs we decided to make an appointment to have professionals help. Lauren stopped by, did a thorough check of our whole apartment, and ended up calling in someone else to bring additional materials to help ensure our problems were solved. Both she and her husband (it's a family business!) did a great job explaining what they were doing, what they were using, and answer any questions we had. The traps they leave behind and poison they use are childproof and pet safe, and also placed in ways to limit chances of small kids or pets to even get to them. Their fee was incredibly reasonable, they're communicative, and I finally feel like I can sleep a little easier. They'll be coming back to check-in in a few weeks to make sure there are no new signs of anything and discuss any next steps as needed but we are feeling optimistic and taken care of by friendly, reasonable professionals. Very much recommend them!
