My license plate had already been scanned and verified before the attendant informed me about the problem. I said, "No big deal, I'll just go to the Monroe location." When I arrived at the Monroe location, I was told I had exceeded my daily wash limit. Keep in mind, I pay for an unlimited wash membership. According to them, however, "unlimited" means one wash per day. This is where it gets interesting. I questioned the attendant about it, and he seemed just as surprised. The next thing I knew, a young guy walked over, introduced himself as the regional manager, and immediately acted as if I was upset. He started explaining the terms and conditions. I told him, "You don't have to do all that." Instead, he stepped toward me, got in my face, and said, "But I am." I asked him what his issue was and reminded him that no one was upset--it was just a car wash. I also told him to stop acting like a jerk. He then asked what I wanted, and I simply replied, "Cancel all of my memberships." He walked away. Again, I do not recommend this place. Between what I believe is deceptive "unlimited wash" advertising and the way customers are treated--especially by the regional manager--I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Unfortunately, my recent experience with Tommy's Car Wash on Hwy 165 in Monroe left me no choice but to speak up. I've been a loyal, paying member for roughly 7-8 months, possibly close to a year. I drive a practically brand-new vehicle, and one day after going through their wash, the rear windshield wiper blade and cap came off, bending the blade holder so it no longer functioned properly. I immediately reported the damage to management and requested original replacement parts. Their first response was, "We can't do OEM parts -- we'd have to order from Amazon." I declined and was told I could handle the repair myself and bring back the receipt for reimbursement. Since Monroe doesn't have a dealership for my type of vehicle, I drove 1 hour and 45 minutes to Jackson, MS, had it repaired at the dealership, and returned with my paid receipt. I expected a straightforward process. Instead, I was told the district manager needed to "look into it." Days later, when I came back expecting reimbursement, I was met with more delays and excuses. After months of loyalty, this has been both disheartening and disappointing.
