I can't say enough good things about Dream!! She gave me tips on how to grow my brows and was able to accurately explain what was wrong with my brows. She's unbelievably sweet and also helped me find a parking space. It was $6 to get my brows done which is an incredible bargain. I will never go anywhere else!! Update: I've been going to dream for 5 months now and my brows have been transformed. My super thin, straight and uneven brows are now thick and arched. When it comes to my eyebrows I'm very picky on who gets to do them. I like to do my research before going to a new place, I read good reviews about her so I decided to give it a try. Not going to lie, I was still very nervous going in to Dream Threading. But let me tell you guys! She's awesome!! She told me what to do so my eyebrows can grow fuller(since one of my eyebrows is thinner than the other one and the tail on my eyebrow doesn't grow anymore), she also took her time threading my eyebrows. I loved how she made sure my thinner eyebrow matched my other eyebrow since one of my eyebrows has more of a defined arch. I rarely write Yelp reviews, but I felt compelled to write something about my full-face service at Dream Threading Studio. I moved from NYC to LA, and after a year of bad eyebrow threading experiences from places that charge a lot for subpar work, I grew my brows out for two months and went to Dream based on the good reviews. There was a bit of a wait, but the owner was incredibly sweet and accommodating. She gave me advice for the patches of hair that were tragically lost from my prior threading experiences (rub ginger on it to stimulate blood flow and help hair growth!). Despite the growing line of customers, she took her time and carved my brows to perfection. They don't look perfect because of my previous mishaps, but now I have a homebase to go to where I am guaranteed great service and even better hospitality. I went there just trying it out when she just started and I never left! (1) Dream has an incredible professional skills not matter for eyebrows or chins. Her technique is fast, clean, and soothing. (2) Dream to me is like a friend and I never feel like i am just her customer. She always listens to my story and shares her story. After getting my eyebrows completely destroyed by a previous place, I was not only nervous but terrified for it to happen again. To begin with my eyebrows are not full and thick like I wish they would be. Instead, I'm blessed with thin shapeless brows that take forever to grow back, but don't feel too bad for me I have amazing eyelashes that more than make up for my bad eyebrows. Anyways, the point is that I was putting my brows back on the line again. Right away the owner greeted me and I explained my dilemma. She more than agreed with me that my eyebrows were indeed terrible. She probably agreed a little too quickly but I already knew that my eyebrows were bad. She then took the time to talk me through what she would do. She stopped often to ask if I was okay with what she was doing and how it was looking. To finish off she gave me some tips on how to get my eyebrows to grow faster. My eyebrows definitely have a ways to go before they look good but at least now they're twins and not distant cousins twice removed. I think the best part of the experience was how in control I felt.
