I've been spending some time in the area lately & decided to check out the local businesses. Dream Threading Studio had good reviews so I figure giving it a shot. The space was clean and inviting. Dream instantly knew I needed a clean up (it's a no brainer). After marking a dot on each brow, she explained that one is shorter than the other, and marked them so she wouldn't interrupt the growth. The threading itself was the most pain free threading I've ever experienced! Dream is quick, gentle, communicative, and extremely friendly. Came here a few days ago to get my brows threaded for the first time. She is nice, but definitely prepared to speak her mind. She doesn't hesitate to let you know your brows are messed up! I thought she did a good job, but $12 was kind of a lot for eyebrows. It also gets pretty busy in there, so I'd try to come early. read more

Dream... where do I start? Dream is literally my dream come true when it comes to finding a permanent threading place. I've been looking for over 2 years now for a place to consistently go. I found this place the moment I sat in Dreams chair. She is very very personable, sweet, and smart. Dream knows her job very well! I was going to someone that was continuously making my eyebrows skinnier. Dream showed exactly what was going on. Upon reading the reviews, I wanted to give this place a try. Nice woman but I came out with my brows looking the same way as when I came in. I asked for a clean up and there are places where I had to take a tweezer to pluck because she left hair there and it made the brow look weird. I would not personally be back nor would I tell my friends to go here. read more

Only came here twice but she does an amazing job. Takes her time to asses your brows and let's you tell her what you want done (cleaning, shaping etc) not the other way around. I've gone to other places to get my brows threaded and came out with thinner brows than what I came in with. That is not the case here. I can tell she knows what she's doing. In the LA area from out of town, my friend and I needed some threading done and found this studio with great reviews here on Yelp. Upon walking in, Dream quickly greeted us with a big smile and we chatted with her as if we've known her for years, there was never a silent moment in the 20-25 minutes we were there. Dream is a sweetheart and someone who truly cares about her business and satisfying customers. My friend got her eyebrows done and loved them! I got my full face done and she did wonderful on me as well. She has a gentle hand so it was not as terrible as I expected a full face threading service to be. Dream also gave us tips on growing our eyebrows as well as treating some darker spots I had near my eyebrows. The studio itself is cozy and clean. Prices are extremely fair (see price-list). Parking lot is a bit tight but it's definitely worth coming out and struggling to park for these services by a true professional. I had high hopes of this place because of the reviews. Long story short, my eyebrows were ruined. I naturally have full, long, thick eyebrows. I came here to get them cleaned. I told her "I want them clean, not round, natural arch, keep the lenght. " Omg it's as if I told her "chop off my eyebrows and make both different shapes" It's already been a month that I am allowing my eyebrows to grow, because she threaded off half of one eyebrow. There's so much I can say about this place and the service, but I kinda don't want to because then everyone is gonna know about dream lol. Ummm Dream is really a Dream! Lol! I've been growing out my eyebrows and wanted so badly to go to this expensive, posh studio in Beverly Hills to get on this microfeathering brow trend. But $150 for brows was out of the question. I did some research and found Dream's studio near my office. I decided to give a try on the weekend. Arrived on a Saturday around 12pm and no one was there. (tidbit: She says it gets busy after 1pm, so if you go on a weekend, go early!) I sat down, explained I was growing out my eyebrows and she went to work. She assessed my eyebrows and decided to clean them up and leave the spacey areas alone that still needed growth. Dream is such a sweetheart. She was so kind and wanted to make sure that both my mom and I were comfortable. The threading was actually not that painful as dream seemed very skilled at it. She evened out my sad wonky eyebrows (got them really messed up at rebeshan on Vermont). Parking - a bit crowded in this lot so you can either wait around or try to street park. REALLY great place! She's so fast and cheap. I got full face threading with no irritation or bumps the day after. It was a little itchy] right after but she applied lotion and I felt so good! There was a lot of left over hair around my eyes though. My eyebrows didn't come out to how I'm used to but they're still okay. I love coming to Dream for my threading! I started coming here when i lived in the area, now i love in south LA and i still come here for her. She does the best job on my eyebrows and knows exactly how to shape them. It's very clean area inside, and she's a very sweet person. She does walk ins, but will also do appts. I found this spot when I first moved to LA and have been going ever since. Dream takes her time to make sure you are happy with the results and will always listen to what your want. I've never felt rushed or unsatisfied. I tried out a few different eyebrow studios near USC and didn't feel like they did a very clean job and sometimes left with cuts, so I'm always willing to drive a little further to come here. This review is long overdue. Dream saved my eyebrows. I started going to her after having bad experiences elsewhere. What I love about her is that she listens to what you want, even if she doesn't agree with it. We worked together to get my eyebrows back in good health and good shape. Unfortunately I live too far and I cannot keep going to her. I recently had a bad experience at another threading salon and I texted Dream to show her and she was really sweet and told me what to do to nurse my brows back to good health. She also helped me out by pinpointing exactly where the lady messed up. I wish I lived closer to LA and I wish Dream had a studio close to me! I would highly recommend her.
