Parking is a nightmare. Service is great but it's always full. Waiting time will be 10-20 min. No appointments accepted. It's first come first serve. Only one person works here. If there is a long line of people waiting the service feels rushed to get you in and out. Wish more people worked here and location was in a space with better parking. I started coming here during the summer. I was working in the area and desperately needed to get my brows done for my gf's birthday trip. I found this place on my maps app and decided to try it. The $5.99 for brows and $1.99 for lips definitely caught my attention. What made me stay, besides the price point, is that Dream really takes care of the customers. She listens to what you want and if she thinks it's not the best option, she'll suggest alternatives. This place is new and it is great! Dream is a dream! I've been a loyal customer of my threading place in Downey for the last 6 years even after moving 4 years ago. My mom still lives out there which is why I've kept going but I found my new closer gal! I'm extremely hairy and extremely picky! Dream was very detail oriented and patient with my requests. Dream is great, she was super friendly from the moment I walked in. She was very easy to talk to and made sure to discuss my eyebrow goals! The prices are super fair, are clearly stated and the shop is cute and more importantly clean. The small shopping center has parking but it's pretty busy. I was able to find street parking right away though. She cleaned up my eyebrows and brought the shape back to life. During the process she continually asked if I was okay, in the end asked if I wanted lotion (Aveeno) and gave me a quick little brow massage to dissipate the redness.
