That being said, when I signed up, I purchased their smallest package for a very small tattoo for $1500. Since my purchase, they have had multiple 50% off sales, so I definitely feel that I got a bad deal and would advise anyone to wait for their sales to make a purchase. I've also looked into other places that are not as expensive, although I can't comment on the quality of their associates or removal process. I'm writing a review prematurely to the finish of my tattoo because I have been told every time I come in to write a review, and I don't prefer to write reviews before the job is done but I know they will ask me again at my upcoming appointment. I would prefer not to be reminded of writing a review every time I come in, as I do write reviews regularly and I will update the public when I feel it is necessary. I would suggest to the business owner that they refrain from pressuring customers into writing reviews at every visit.

I made an appointment for a consultation with Ross, and immediately was so at ease with him that I decided to go for it. He had time to start my first removal session right then and there, so I got brave and said yes. My tattoo is black and pink, and Ross let me know that the pink is harder to remove. However, after just one session, I saw huge progress. (Note that everyone's skin/tattoos are different, so if you don't see the same results that I did after 1 session, don't worry)! I'm happy I decided to go through with the process. By early next year, the old tats will be gone, and I can wear tank tops again in the summer.

The first thing she tried to do was upsell additional services- $300 for bottom liner and an additional $350 for lash enhancement. She made a mess of my eyes and her "wing" pointed downward instead of up. Evidently I was a glutton for punishment because she told me to come for a follow up appointment and she made it worse. I subsequently learned the laser machine used is very old. Also, there was no improvement whatsoever on my toes. I followed instructions super carefully. It makes me cringe to think of anyone paying a lot of money to be inflicted with super pain - and then not even work. Basically yelling at me over the phone. Front desk staff are a critical component of any healthcare, as they're the first person you see and can set the tone for the rest of the appointment. I would never want someone like her to be in charge of issues like appointments, who to talk to about bills, etc. Absolutely horrendous experience. Plus each time I've come, I've had to wait upwards of at least half an hour to an hour before being seen.
