I had Nova and she was very kind and quick. Second session and third were on my left forearm(The top then underneath) it has faded a ton. It still even fades a little each day. I still need at least 2 more treatments, but one got me 1/3 of the way. I had Maya the second time, who was very kind and entertaining. She made feel very welcome and comfortable! The third time I had Chelsea and she is just the sweetest person ever! The fourth and fifth was on my shoulder blade through the top of my arm and damn it hurts like hell... but again Chelsea was quick and very attentive. It has been about 5 weeks and the piece is almost gone! One part was went over twice and it's just unbelievable! I have an appointment for a cover up piece at the end of the month. And the final was on my other shoulder blade through the top of my left arm. It's been 2 weeks and it's melting away day by day. Finding this place has changed everything and I'm so excited for all of the new pieces I have coming soon thanks to tataway!!!

That being said, when I signed up, I purchased their smallest package for a very small tattoo for $1500. Since my purchase, they have had multiple 50% off sales, so I definitely feel that I got a bad deal and would advise anyone to wait for their sales to make a purchase. I've also looked into other places that are not as expensive, although I can't comment on the quality of their associates or removal process. I'm writing a review prematurely to the finish of my tattoo because I have been told every time I come in to write a review, and I don't prefer to write reviews before the job is done but I know they will ask me again at my upcoming appointment. I would prefer not to be reminded of writing a review every time I come in, as I do write reviews regularly and I will update the public when I feel it is necessary. I would suggest to the business owner that they refrain from pressuring customers into writing reviews at every visit.

I made an appointment for a consultation with Ross, and immediately was so at ease with him that I decided to go for it. He had time to start my first removal session right then and there, so I got brave and said yes. My tattoo is black and pink, and Ross let me know that the pink is harder to remove. However, after just one session, I saw huge progress. (Note that everyone's skin/tattoos are different, so if you don't see the same results that I did after 1 session, don't worry)! I'm happy I decided to go through with the process. By early next year, the old tats will be gone, and I can wear tank tops again in the summer.

They admitted they should have notified me, but by then I had already driven there and rearranged my day. As an athlete, I can only schedule these treatments on my one day off each week because I can't work out for 24 hours afterward. Morning appointments are already extremely difficult to book, so having one wasted because of poor communication is incredibly frustrating. What disappoints me most isn't just the mistakes--it's how they're handled. Both times I received an apology, but there was no meaningful effort to make things right. Worse, the discount was my own points! When I asked for the specifics of how much each unit of Botox would cost after I found out that there was no "October discount," the owner Kelly blocked my number--all because I wanted clarity on how much money they were going to charge me. I personally needed to wait until November to get Botox for medical reasons, but I made an October appointment in order to obtain a discount that Kelly invented out of thin air. Don't call them out for how they make you feel when they're doing their swindling either, because as soon as they have your money, they're on the run with it, and no, they don't care how you feel, and yes, they'll hold it against you. They tell different customers different per-unit per-brand neurotoxin prices, nothing is listed, and yes, they'll bilk you for every penny they can unless you nail them down on how much something costs, which again is impossible without getting told they don't want you as a customer if you're going to question them about it. The customer service is challenging because the woman I saw for Botox made comments like "I just work here" when I asked for pricing information. Marcy was great, but she is obviously ill-suited to this particular management. It's impossible to obtain straight basic answers and you can tell this doesn't sit right with certain employees--I called to ask for an estimate on something, and the woman who answered kept saying "I don't really know because I don't do that procedure." This same employee started a consultation on a machine she does understand but because she smelled like she'd put on half a bottle of perfume I had to breathe through my mouth the whole time--not exactly a place that screams "medically sound" when the person doing a consultation smells like she prefers perfume to washing. The communication in general is whackadoo. They have someone answering the text line ready to tell you they don't personally know the information you're asking about and you should call the owner instead, but maybe not today because they don't know when the owner is in. The also have an AI monitoring the text line that will cancel your appointment for you without you asking it to, which is extremely frustrating when attempting to get answers, and then the owner also texts from the same number like it's her own cell phone, and no one knows what the other texters are saying, creating heaps of confusion. I got Botox done here and it wore off in a month...a far cry from the 3-4 months I was promised. I was also told by the owner to get Xeomin, not Botox (even though it seems at EB the two cost the same, which the don't anywhere else), in my masseters...except the internet is pretty explicit that Xeomin diffuses very easily and, in the masseter region, this can mean serious damage to the ability to smile or chew. The owner is wretched--don't question her, or ask her prices, or tell her you feel duped when you were told there was a special time-limited discount that doesn't actually exist. I'm glad Yelp loves Kelly, because I can't imagine even her employees like her very much.

Huge mistake going to Karin Flynn for permanent eyeliner…read more I'm in the process of having her work removed and it's more painful than the tattoo. I've used Groupon with much success so felt comfortable doing so. But this was a disaster. There is no Laser Spa- Karin works in her home in Natick. Admittedly, the room is clean and comfortable. She does many different esthetic procedures but the only license I could find online for her was an expired electrologist license. The first thing she tried to do was upsell additional services- $300 for bottom liner and an additional $350 for lash enhancement. She made a mess of my eyes and her "wing" pointed downward instead of up. Evidently I was a glutton for punishment because she told me to come for a follow up appointment and she made it worse. This woman should not be doing any cosmetic tattooing.I can't attest to the quality of her other esthetic offerings but I do know one thing- no one should go near her for permanent makeup. She made me look ten years older.

I subsequently learned the laser machine used is very old. Also, there was no improvement whatsoever on my toes. I followed instructions super carefully. I called to see if they could pull up a medical release form that I had signed two years ago and transfer my records over to another office, and she insisted that I had never sent them a form. Basically yelling at me over the phone. Front desk staff are a critical component of any healthcare, as they're the first person you see and can set the tone for the rest of the appointment. I would never want someone like her to be in charge of issues like appointments, who to talk to about bills, etc. Absolutely horrendous experience. Plus each time I've come, I've had to wait upwards of at least half an hour to an hour before being seen.
