Since the house was completely empty, the cleaning ended up being more challenging than I expected (funny how every little mark shows when there's no furniture to distract you!). It pains me to write this, but, I don't know what else to do. I hired Jordan based on a…read morerecommendation from a friend. She came and did an outstanding job. (Except for the microwave tray that was broken, which she failed to mention) I I tried to replace it, I couldn't find another one & had to replace the entire microwave) Also, she didn't clean the 2 rooms my husband asked her to do. Then, she went off the rails. The next time she was scheduled, she didn't show up. The next time she was late, I had guests coming, so I was stressed. My family showed up and immediately started cleaning the kitchen. (Her husband came with three kids & stayed in the car with them, it was high 80's, why didn't he take them home??? I asked him to bring them inside, he wouldn't. I was in the other room when she was leaving, I paid her, then she told my daughter I owed another $300. Not knowing other wise my daughter paid her another $300. Not ok! I liked her, but I need someone more reliable. I'm all about second chances, this is beyond second chances. I've been told that I'm too trusting, maybe that's true. Wow! I really am gullible, lesson learned.

When I walked into my home, expecting…read moreit to be renter ready, I was shocked and spent the next week of my stay putting things back, cleaning floors, counters, moving furniture, etc. I identified stolen items and even food in the dishwasher, heavy lint in the dryer trap and in the washing machine that had to be cleaned out before I would use either. I spoke with Jordan and she said she must have been sabotaged by one of her cleaners. After I shared photos and descriptions (at least 37 issues) of what I found, I thought she would work with me to resolve. I requested the entries into my home using her code from my management company and provided it to her for her defense and to manage her team. I requested 40 percent return on the deep cleaning fee recognizing some work was done but totally messed up before I came back into my home. Then she made the ultimate professional NO-NO. She refused to return a call, text or email for weeks until I gave up. I still have not heard from her, and I certainly have not seen a return of the portion of the outrageously high deep clean fee I had paid. I was left rushing to find replacement cleaning services. An unresponsive business is not a reliable business.
